"I don’t get the bad reviews. I think they didn’t get the concept. This is a by the pound goodwill. You dig through it, you get mega bargains. I love it and am grateful Madison finally got one. It’s clean, nice bathrooms, nice staff. The bins can be dirty so wear gloves. Fill up your cart to pay even less."

"First let me say that I'm into thrifting, so I am aware of roughly what things should cost. Something is either wrong with the pricing structure, or their weighing is off, or something at this Goodwill Outlet Store. It is sorted into a few areas (Toys, Books, Clothes, Misc), but everything apparently costs the same regardless? [edit: It's around $2.50/lb, which is pricey compared to the $0.60/lb for similarly "sorted/unsorted" junk at Dig'N'Save.] I brought a pile of not particularly heavy junk to the register, and it registered as 17lbs, and thus $40. Looking at the couple shirts, rubber dinosaur, a Rolodex from 1982, and a grungy Rubbermaid tub... It felt expensive. Very expensive. It felt like being at the most expensive garage sale I've ever been to. I find Dig'n'Save to be much more fairly priced overall, and significantly more interesting finds as well. I can imagine coming here again, but infrequently, and I think I'll just have to be very selective about what, if anything, I get here."

"It's worth trying once, but it was a bit overwhelming compared to a traditional Goodwill experience. On average, I don't think this was any cheaper but it was definitely more chaotic. This is more for the hardcore thrifters/flippers who are willing to sift through 100s/1000s of items for a hidden gem. With that said, they had good parking and it would be hard to walk out without finding at least one cool item. There is seating inside if you are one to wait for the bins to flip. It's clean, all things considered, although I'd still wear gloves if I went back."

"Way overpriced! Almost twice what you will pay at St Vinny's Dig and Save. I went to Dig and Save, bought an entire shopping cart full of items for $20. Then I went to Goodwill's outlet. A coat, a bag, and a sweatshirt for almost $40. When I got home I noticed the tags were still on the items. They charged more per pound than the items were originally listed for. I will never go back!"
