"Horrible experience, didn't like how so many employees will give you attitude for being in the way of a rotation on accident and also there's so many aggressive people picking out clothes like if there was a time limit, pushing, shoving, and aggressive pulling. This place also takes hours bringing out new bins I waited 4 hours just for 1 rotation. What makes me more upset is how so many employees will ban you for small things without any warning at all especially when it's just an accident and you apologize to the person in front of a worker, they take things way to serious. Goodwill employees are way to strict even to young kids, yes I get that they can't be alone without a parent or adult by their side but at least don't yell at them where the whole place hears you, you guys just scare and even make kids sad and they run away looking for their parents."

"This outlet does NOT disappoint! It’s one of the most organized Goodwill Outlets I’ve been to and the staff is friendly. I have found some really great stuff here over the years. Kids toys, bike, scooter, clothes and a bunch of shoes for such good prices and good condition saving us hundreds and hundreds of dollars. The past few times I’ve went the parking wasn’t an issue, there was actually plenty of parking. Just expect to leave with more than you hoped to buy."

"The parking is TERRIBLE! I would suggest carpooling or even taking a uber/lyft. To avoid waiting for someone to leave and avoiding conflict! Their prices keep going up and up! I've been shopping at goodwill outlets for years, and it's upsetting how they've changed..."

"Zero parking, no available carts because resellers take them and hide them in the corner the entire day, and they do not charge the same as Kent or Tacoma outlets - they charge substantially more for shoes than they do clothings, AND they do not give the same price break at 50 pounds that the other Pacific Northwest stores do. The employees act like prison guards, the whole thing is low vibe and not enjoyable like it is at the other outlets in WA. The Everett store is charging more for less parking, ruder prison guard employees, and paying substantially more than all the other stores. I drove 3 hours to go here and we had to turn around and leave because there wasn’t any parking for an hour including out at the highway."
