"Just went to the Goodwill outlet in Harker Heights tried to buy a footstool and a dresser and was told I couldn’t buy it from there I had to wait until the main store opened in order to purchase then why in the world with the outlet store be holding furniture with price tags that I just bought a dresser from there this weekend without having to go to the main store if I could leave zero stars I would ."
"The Managment is terrible, they go through so many people in such a short span, no mamagee is ever on the same page. Seen a table there marked 6 chairs and table for a set price, but it was 5 chairs and a table they sold the "6th chair" to a lady at the outlet. When i inquired about the price the manager said it was a good deal and that i still had to pay the same price it was marked . Just curious what kind of buisness practice it is to mark a price and quantity and then Sell off one chair but still charge the same price. Never seen that at any other store. The outlet prices are inconsistent. They keep changing . Junk sits in the back room for weeks ."
"There is a very rude employee working there (she wears blue contacts), I believe her name is Trini (that is what is showing on my receipt). I have been several times and every single time she looks like she does not want to be there. She doesn't acknowledge customers and is unfriendly to put it kindly. I asked her a question and she looked at me annoyed like I was bothering her. This happens with every customer she comes in contact with, not just myself. The manager should have her take a refresher course on customer service or let her go, she is bringing a negative vibe to the store and from reading other reviews it looks like other people have also complained about the same person."
"I would give zero stars. Buyer beware, the cashier of the outlet store will follow you and tell you what you can and can not purchase eventhough you pull it from the bin on the sales floor. If he feels you have something that he wants or the workers have neglected to keep from the bins before the merchandise reaches the sales floor it will be taken from you and reason given - store policy. Nowhere else in another outlet store is a policy posted of purchases made at cashier discretion."
