"I drove 1.5 hours away (this was the closest Goodwill bins to me). I read all the bad reviews and decided to give it a chance myself, and I can say it was my first and last time going to this outlet. I’ve been to several other Goodwill outlets and this is by far the worst, just like everyone has said. When people see the new bins coming out they literally RUN and start grabbing from the bin before it’s even put where it belongs. And it’s like 10 people to a bin, lots of pushing/shoving!!! (I’ve been to goodwill outlets that is one person per bin & they CANT touch the merchandise until the bin is put in place). Selection of clothes/items wasn’t the greatest either, but I made do with what I found. I was told by a nice lady to keep my purse close to me as her friends purse was stolen from this place too. Really sad and unfortunate but I’m happy she told me! I think management/owners/staff need to really sit down and take notes from other Goodwill outlets on how to safely and properly run a bin store."
"I went on a Saturday (for my first time ever at this location) and I had an overall good time. It felt as calm as a Goodwill outlet could be. People did immediately start digging as soon as a bin came out - but at this location, they bring out the bin and walk away, so it makes sense. Other places I've been tell people when they can start or have a sheet covering and once they pull it, you can start digging. But I still didn't see any pushing or shoving or negative behavior. For me, personally, the only thing it "doesn't have going for it" is the fact that it does look like a basement. But that's fine for me. The woman behind the counter was great. She was super kind and trying to check out multiple people at once, while answering questions, she was awesome. I overheard her explaining to someone why they don't allow kids under 16 years old and she was super kind about it and was trying to help them figure out the best solution. I'll go back next time I'm in the area."
"This Goodwill is a treasure hunt on steroids. If you love digging through bins to find that unicorn, you will love this outlet. The outlet store is where the things that did not sell at Goodwill stores come to be sold at significant discounts. Clothes are sold by the pound. I was surprised to see quite a few name brands, along with some really nice household items like mirrors and lamps. Definitely an adventure worth taking but make sure you have time for digging!"
"This is an interesting thrifting experience. I met a very helpful gentlemen called Dwayne! I bought a wooden chair for $1! This is a pay per pound goodwill and suggest coming in with an open mind on what you could find. Plenty of parking and get ready to dig into bins. I have attached the chair i purchased along with an after."
