"If you sift slowly, you will find vintage items to coins. You will need to take some gloves and some reusable bags with you. The outlet is limited on baskets,so take a stroller or cart. Also when they are brining new bins in, you have to remain behind the red line,or they will scream at you. I was informed Goodwill outlet can toss you out for not abiding by their rules. I think it's worth coming here than the sttore because they charge you ninety nine cents per pound. Lastly becareful when you sift because I have found knives ,glass, and gross stuff. Please wash all your items in hot water including the stuff animals. FYI, when you are ready to check out, you have to hand the cashier books, purses ,and shoes because those are not weighed, and priced differently. But everything else is weighed. I see some complain about the furniture, and other items. But people 🙄 this isn't Mathis Brother's or the mall. These are items their stores didn't sell and their last stop before going to the abyss. Please learn their rules and ask questions, and you will not have a problem with any employee. I've been coming here a month and had no issues. If you want to look for special treasures, then stop sifting like a wild cat and take your time and go consistently. I see others sifting too fast and get disappointed when they find nothing. My daughter and i have found vintage toysto Vintage coach bags. I found a Ralph Lauren silk scarf and saw several people ignore Lift things up and sort slowly plus stop & examine your items these will always be my tips if you're new to the outlets. It's a treasure hunt and if you are rushing and throwing things around then there is your problem. You have to have a lot of patience!! You have to be YOUR OWN INDIANA JONES."

"So this is what I call the bottom of the barrel. When you’re sifting through all kinds of stuff to find that jewel, this would be that place. It was kind of trashy on the outside and on the inside but I get it. They probably only have volunteers and they’re trying to help the community. I found a couple of things that was Interesting. But I didn’t buy anything. I think they sell by the pound. I seen a man that was wearing long gloves to sift through the piles. I am not going to lie… it made me a little worried. 🫤 If you are looking for some inexpensive DIY projects I am sure you can find some items here."

"The sale by the pound is FALSE ADVERTISING and misleading. Shoes are individually priced, purse are as well. House wares and other items are also sold differently, only pound per cost is the nasty stain clothing. I could have done better at my local goodwill and everything wouldn't be broken, missing pieces, dirty or gross feeling to the touch. I feel this warehouse takes advantage of their community by taking their money for this garbage and telling them they just got a deal. Just wrong on so many levels. The woman behind the blue tubs kept yelling and screaming at people, not like anyone could even understand her. The gentleman pushing clothing carts was nice. Overall Do better goodwill cause this was just shameful"

"I wouldn't even give a one star. Michelle and the tall bald manager and the white lady in brown hair, seems to think that is okay after we have went through made sure there's no stains or rips folded our stuff put it in the two bags that we brought toys and one clothes in another we folded the blankets nicely to take everything out of the bags that we brought unfold this stuff and throw it on a scale but missed the scale and throw it on the dirty floor. As we are paying for our stuff she cancels out the order because I asked for a manager. The manager comes up and tells me that it is not their job to pick up the stuff they just threw down. Not to mention my husband uses a walker can barely walk! That is the most disrespectful part of y'all's job. Either they don't like their job, or you guys are not paying them enough they are rude to everybody all of the employees there! Yelling at people like they ain't human beings! To take my stuff out and not put it back and tell me that that's not their job their job is to just throw our stuff down on a dirty floor and I still have to pay for my stuff that I take the time to look for stains and rips is outrageous I do not get paid to do that that is what they get paid to do especially if they're going to throw it on the floor. I would have paid the extra weight for the two bags that I brought in for her to not do that all she had to do was put her hand down in there see if she felt anything that shouldn't have been in there she didn't have to take everything out and throw it on the floor."

"Glad they finally brought it to Tulsa but it’s much smaller than the okc location. Not enough bins, too many people fighting over the same items. Employees play favorites. I had my basket against the wall so I could get to the 25lbs of clothing for the cheaper rate per pound and kept getting haggled by a employee to go pay for my things when I wasn’t even at weight yet. Why have the weights posted if you won’t let us even get to it. I had my hands on a bin of legos first then a lady jumped from across from the other side then started to pull it away from me. Employee seen this pulled us both aside and made us flip a coin for it, which made no sense at all. Then they bring out the clothes and the employee let us go through it then at the end he pulled me to the side and said they had complaints on me for not being behind the line, which I’ve been the entire time just someone went to go complain that I got something he didn’t and raised a fit. I know they see the people standing in front of everyone else behind the line, how is that fair? Like I said plays favorites with some employees to customers. They need to post “the rules” somewhere instead of just the prices. Will I go back maybe eventually when they get everything figured out. Poor management Update oct 1st 2025 Now banned due to being “ to aggressive” at the bins, with their system of blowing the whistle and having us all line up on rotation makes it where it’s a race to whatever item your after. If you beat someone to an item they can go cry to a Manager and get you banned. I been coming here for about 3 months and I’ve seen so much happen here from employees fist fighting to customers blatantly lying to get their way. They say no more deals but they rollout the deals to their special customers “smash room and the Mexican with the semi truck. I get it, it’s all a hustle but by not enforcing the rules on certain families then banning your casual shoppers is unfair. I see some people consistently get warned for something they’re doing.I’ve seen multiple Hispanic families roll out with unpaid full carts, they will pay for 2-3 carts and keep the heavy stuff by the door and roll it all out when the roll by it. I’m too the point that I’m disgusted by what they allow here at this facility and management needs to get control."

"This is a crazy experience! Bins filled with stuff that you dig through. You pay $1.79 A POUND for apparel!!!! There are a lot of bins. The crazy part is that they will pull three bins out and I noticed people standing on each side of where the bins were and others gathered round. Suddenly they brought out three new bins that hadn't been picked through and every body stepped forward but nobody touched anything. The bin bringer blew a whistle and every body dove in to dig! Many people fill their carts to the brim. Art is 1.00 each nothing is above 3.99 amongst other items. One lady had a RAZER bike, another a very nice piece of luggage that I admittedly coveted. Lol This is also a huge donation and training center for Goodwill, along with an Admin building. If you're in to Goodwill like I am, I recommend for the experience alone. Happy shopping. welcome."

"I went to check this place out, and I am very disappointed, a little sad, and left there feeling like I was scammed. Here are my reasons for giving only 1 star….. #1. It was so chaotic, crowded, and loud. The workers talk loud and harsh, like in a jail. #2. They just throw everything in the bins like it’s garbage and then some customers throw things around, breaking many items and taking others out of boxes and just throwing it back without the other pieces that go with the item. Its awful. This is causing MORE trash to be taken to the landfill! So many good items get destroyed before they’re even seen. #3. I left there feeling scammed. They don’t let you see what the scale says and I highly disagree with the weight they told me. It was too high. I also feel like they are only partially deducting for the shopping basket. #4. I don’t feel like it was a bargain at all. I find better deals in the their thrift store and without all the shouting, weighing, and watching good items get broken. This outlet concept is, to me, causing more harm than good to the environment. Why waste all that time, putting the stuff out there just to be broken and become trash? Just send it straight to the landfill and save time and resources. It was truly saddening to see all that go to waste. 😡😢 So, overall, it was a negative experience and I left there feeling like it wasn’t a bargain at all. 😢 Note: The manager was very nice and helped me complete my transaction successfully.😊 Last but not least…..Goodwill, please bring the auction back. 🙏🙏🙏 It was so much more organized and better deals, and less things were broken during the selling process. UPDATE: This is my response to Goodwill’s response to my review….Thanks for your reply to my review. Here’s my reply… About calibrating the scales for weight, you should still let the customer SEE the weight total upon purchase to eliminate doubt. When you weigh vegetables in the supermarket, you are able to see how much you’re buying. Transparency fosters trust and I feel that, as customers, we deserve to know exactly what we are paying for and feel confident that we got exactly what we paid for. Now, about ending the auction and the amount that is sent to the landfill….when I bought from the auction, I would take home a trailer and SUV full for 100.00. At the outlet, I got enough to fit into my backseat for the same amount. I was completely shocked at the difference. So, it’s not possible that this outlet is reducing the amount of waste that goes to the landfill. In my opinion, Goodwill changed to the outlet/bin concept because it is more profitable. The prices on some items in your thrift stores are already as high as new items at retail stores, which is so inappropriate considering that all these things were donated and not purchased, so you have NO overhead invested. Yet, you still found a way to charge more for less by eliminating the auction and transitioning to the outlet store. Not good, guys. Not good at all. Also, it makes me wonder where all that stuff is going now because the amount of items in the outlet store is NOWHERE NEAR what was sold at the auction. Who knows really. All I know is it doesn’t feel like good will is the priority of this business any more."

"1 star rating, I have visited several times now and it’s the same problems but becoming worse with time. - Organized resellers teaming up to aggressively crowd new bins so they get first pick. They are there every weekday all day long and this is no exaggeration. The workers even make comments that they want to report the location to ICE because these people don’t speak any English and won’t listen to the worker’s instructions. - Broken sharp items in bins scattered due to the tossing and throwing the organized resellers do as soon as a new bin comes out. They don’t bother to look first. If there’s a box they just dump out its contents immediately and usually there’s breakables in boxes. - Gross? Items with urine and animal waste stuck to the sides. - Items aren’t weighed right and I don’t know why. It doesn’t make sense. Also some decor items are heavy but not worth paying their weight when you can buy it new for less. - Bad checkout system, having to separate out our items into several different carts then weigh each cart then somehow push 3 or 4 carts out of the way at the same time just to put them all back into one cart then put the all the carts away is really just a mess for everyone. So we have to buy less variety of items or just do multiple rounds of checkouts to make it so we don’t have to push and pull several carts."
