"Your pretty standard Goodwill experience; lots and lots of unorganized junk with the occasional AwEsOmE treasure. The layout of this location is cooler than most; it's some sort of "hub" as it has a Retail Store, a Bulk/Buy By The Pound Store and a fairly massive vocational training and Job Source facility all in one complex so you get a small hint of architectural pizzazz as opposed to the traditional 'strip mall unit that has been gutted then filled with stuff on broken, secondhand shelving with NO attempt at decorum or visual appeal.' The bulk store experience is not going to be for everyone... I can picture my mother, for example, being totally disgusted by the whole thing as it is literally 9X4 troughs of ... even the word "stuff" isn't vague enough to capture the randomness and lack of order or concern for the integrity of the items; you'll understand when you see it. As close as you can get to stealing as far as prices go. Sometimes as low as 25 or even 15 cents per pound of clothing so if you're looking for rock bottom prices with an equally valued shopping experience this is your place!"
"While this is not going to be my kindest review it most certainly will at least be absolutely EARNED along with the disgust I feel for this place after my experiences. This is about the outlet store side and not the organized, indoor dumpster diving attached at the left of the building. To keep it short, I came to this Goodwill location because I made the trip 30 or more miles just to do so. Upon making my way around, I was absolutely thrown by the sheer audacity in the items these people put on their floor! (Because they DO have to put enough out to fill it well- after they’ve picked through and claimed all and anything of real value which is against policy) anyway I’m attaching just a FEW pictures because there was way too much. Anyway- I and my best friend are finishing up and she goes to pay for her finds while I had happened upon my own! On the sale floor, in the miscellaneous isle were four totes and I sifted through to find a very nice handbag and two plastic bags FULL of what looked like nice jewelry and costume jewelry, a mixed bag of mystery and I really thought maybe I had some entertainment for my daughter and I because she’s 7 and loves to sparkle! So I prepare to pay and as I’m holding the plastic bag of jewelry in the palm of my hand at the register as I mention how excited I am- the middle aged woman with reddish-brown long wavy hair that wears the framed glasses absolutely hurriedly and aggressively jerked the bag of trinkets out of my hands! Next, this woman gazed into the bag as if the greed hadn’t already spoke for her she mutters “oh, yes, no I can’t sell this to you.” While not taking her eyes from the bag which was now nearly pressed up against her face. Myself, my friend and the other customers all equally appalled while I demand to have an explanation and the belongings returned to me as they were on the sale floor and they literally cannot do as she did- she sees the second clear bag inside my basket with the rest of the items I’m to purchase and she reached in and hurried to jerk them away from my reach before I could do anything about it and the way that she completely spaced out and changed her whole personality as if she had found The One Ring and she was going to rule them all and that was disgusting behavior. Then the abruptly vanished leaving a really tall, less softly spoken blonde woman to deal with the outrage that was not even the blonde woman’s problem!!!? She had no clue what was going on nor did she seem to want to agree with the manipulative, greedy older lady but she also didn’t want to have to deal with me either, so they then locked the doors and then that was that!!!!??? I’m so disgusted I wasn’t able to get pictures of the bags of jewelry as it happened so fast however I won’t at all be silent about this. You had something on your sale floor and a customer does what a customer would do- proceeds to buy the goods you placed on the sale floor and YOU SNATCH THESE THINGS from them for yourself?…. You make me sick! Greed is truly UGLY! Disrespected and bummed out I left with a sour feeling about the whole situation and I’m making sure to tell everyone possible and I will be updating when I recover this woman’s name. The photos here are of very poorly picked merchandise on the floor at a place that should just obviously do better for the prices they’re pushing. What is GoodWill anyway…? Goodwill please do us all a favor and after you’ve realized you’re taking peoples donations (BEING GIVEN GRACIOUSLY TO THE COMPANY FOR THE STORE- NOT YOU) these things regardless of condition, out of the goodwill and hope in THEIR hearts and these people do so in belief that what they donate is going toward a great cause toward people who need and they trust you and you take their trust and throw most of it in the dumpster after they leave (even BRAND NEW STUFF) if you don’t want it or it’s too much work NOT. KIDDING. PEOPLE before you donate or want to help- look elsewhere- PLEASE! Not because of that jewelry seriously because Goodwill just isn’t good!!!"
"Don't shop here if you’re shopping for clothes. Resellers have ruined the experience. Unfortunately, the experience here has become extremely frustrating for regular shoppers. It’s well known that staff are working with a group of resellers who "shop" at the store daily. I'll call them the “bins crew” a highschoolish clique that receives special treatment from the GW staff. They have free run of the place and dint pay full price for anything they "buy". These individuals are frequently seen getting exclusive access to new items literally sold out of the backdoor of the building, but mostly these items are often rolled out hidden under sheets or towels and placed directly in front of the bins crew reseller. These are high dollar value items that the resellers buy for pennies, a few dollars at the register. They are not even paying the full price to GW because again they have under the tables deals going on. And special treatment from staff. I don't understand how GW corporate is not concerned that staff are accepting cash to prioritize these resellers, giving them first pick before anyone else has a fair chance to look at or even gather items. Despite multiple complaints, nothing seems to be done to address the issue. Nothing. So I stopped shopping here and donating to GW all together. Not only are the resellers rude pushy and overzealous but if you do find something they want, they will just snatch it put of your hand or steal it out of your buggy when you're not looking. And again, staff do nothing about this. It’s disappointing to see this level of favoritism at a place meant to serve the whole community. I understand resellers are able to give money to the staff so its like a daily bonus for them, but the rest of us just wanted to shop for used clothes. 0 stars."
"We are military and were in for a military strong bonds family training. During our free time, we stopped in with our kids who love thrifting. We really enjoyed the outlet portion of it and the shopping in the bins. The only thing that did suck as there was a whole group of teenage boys who seemed to be just overrunning this place. They are rude and pushy, Kind of overran this place with a mob Mentality. Riding scooters through the place, so really.... It made it a nuthouse while we were there. But other than that, the workers were very nice and it was a lot of fun.... plus we bought a ton of stuff!"
