"i have never been to a goodwill outlet so chaotic in my entire life. other customers are aggressive and mean, and employees and customers are both constantly screaming at each other. this is the only outlet i’ve been to with a cart waiting list, which is fine, but the way they handle it at this particular location is so deepy convoluted and confusing. there are carts left unattended in the middle of the store full of stuff with no written indication that it isn’t also part of the rest of the merchandise being sold, and if you mistakenly pick up on item from said unattended carts thinking it’s part of the bins you’ll be screamed at and berated by employees and customers. again, there is NO SIGNAGE indicating these items belong to people and it isn’t verbalized upon entry either. save your time and go to the regular goodwill next door, everyone is much kinder there."
"I am not saying this because I don't know how bargin bins work, but saying this because this is the worst one I've been to, there's not organization between anything all end up in the same bins, and they don't through away super discusting things like I saw a shirt that was definitely covered in dog piss. I've been to goodwill outlets that have all there ewaste, shoes, home goods , in different piles but not this one"
"its good if u need clothes/furniture and u r low on cash, but the same dudes r always buying up everything good here and selling it frequently and the employees r rude, i asked a question when calling them once they gave me the biggest attitude about how they r busy, i understand if u would rather not answer because u r prioritizing something else but to give me the rudest response instead of just communicating it politely makes me not wanna go here and instead just go to salvation army where at least ik their employees r way nicer and their prices r way cheaper at their warehouse"
"Two stores to shop at.eft side the prices are cheaper and leftovers from the Stores around the area. The Goodwill on the right side has more options at a good but higher rate. Both a good spot to shop at. I scored a nee dvd for .15 at the outlet store to the left."
