"Staff is friendly. However customers steal your carts and the carts contents. No cameras for managers to view who stole nor is there any posted rules in place about stealing your cart and cart contents. When I asked for help the non English speaking staff could help and no manager available. I been to 6 bin outlets and this is by far the worse and will never go back because of stealing. People bring their own bags for the reason of stealing I assume? Unique for me is you stand in line with no cart and no goods are allowed with you to get access to newly put out bins. Which adds to theft as you can’t bring your carts with you to look at new bins nor can you bring your bag you filled with stuff already…. Standing in line without anything you already picked up to purchase also adds to people stealing your stuff. Weird weird weird that this location has no cameras on the floor. So guard your stuff well and so sad this Goodwill Outlet allows this. 80 blue bins of clothes here 10 bins of shoes 4 bins of purses and ties Not many bins of housewares unless those get swapped with clothes at some point. Day I was there there were 4 bins of household items. 4 bins of books 2 bins of video stuff"
"I'm a bin expert, been to a lot, but the vibe of this place and the way it's run is pretty messy. The rules (there are rules) are to line up and wait for a new round of bins (20 to 30 minute wait) before they let you line up and then go snatching. It's tiring. And that means that most of the shoppers leave their carts blocking bins at the center of the store, where bins aren't being changed. It was a total mess. The price was higher than most by .50 cents. (1.99 per pound) And even though I found decent things, resellers had taken over and were grabbing things in bulk."
"I will start by saying that I had never been to an outlet goodwill and was in for a shock. The outlet location means it is not a traditional goodwill store, as other reviewers have mentioned, this is a bin location, so everything is thrown together and you have to spend the time sorting! However, with that said, you can definitely still find some great items! They are constantly refreshing the bins - literally as you’re there - and to checkout you can either ball everything up and put it on the scale, or they have shopping carts there that you can put it on and put the whole cart on the scale (I’m assuming they deduct the weight of the cart) Definitely not a traditional experience, but for the price, you can’t beat it! Believe it was $1.59 a pound Update 8/2022 Definitely need coffee and patience before you go and intention on what you’re looking for - found some great pieces in 40 min"
"I’ve shopped at a lot of Goodwill bins, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The moment I walked in, the air hit me — a heavy, sour stench that made me want to turn around immediately. It smelled awful, like something had been sitting there way too long. Then came the shouting. As soon as I reached toward a bin that hadn’t even stopped rolling, one staff member barked across the room, “NO RUNNING” Her voice was so loud everyone stopped and stared. I froze, completely embarrassed. And i wasnt even running. When I stepped outside for a breath of fresh air, she was right there, puffing away on a cigarette. The smoke and the smell together were unbearable. By the time I left, my clothes reeked, and my mood was ruined. I’m honestly ashamed that a place built on helping people could feel this unwelcoming. The smell, the attitude, the chaos — none of it was acceptable. Goodwill, please do better. Your staff represents your mission, and this experience made me question it completely."

"I read plenty of these reviews prior going in but my god, I didn’t expect it to be THAT BAD. I’m in town visiting family and I”m a regular at the bins near me. This place…. Unlike any other one I’ve been too. My sister is a blogger and was getting some content while there. We looked prior and there was not a single “no filming” sign. While waiting for a bin rotation, she was recording HERSELF - someone made a comment that there was no video allowed. Okay, cool. Few minutes later a bin bro chose to pipe in. For no reason. My sister said she had stopped and wasn’t recording any people. Because she chose to defend herself, this manchild lost it. Raising his voice, swearing, dramatically throwing his arms around to make a point. I told him to show me where it says that - he ran over to a sign…. Guess what, it didn’t say it. He pointed to the rules on the wall, nope not there either. But you know what was there? A rule against aggression, intimidation and yelling. I got a manger and let her deal with it. Anyway, they line you up like cattle and allow 3 people per line to go to a bin. Then you stand there until they yell “go” and it turns into typical mayhem.Their method of rotation is slowwwwww and you’re standing around for ever. So if you don’t mind having to argue with children, check it out. Otherwise….. go somewhere else."
"You want to see some live entertainment in Orlando? Go to the Goodwill Bins. I hung out with some friends today and we stopped there and we saw like a large group of people lined up and were walking around just looking and . As we were walking down this one aisle which wasn’t blocked off to go to the cash register the large group of people started screaming at us to move away from the bins we were so confused then they all bolted to those bins as fast as they could. We were simply just walking to the cash register not interested in those junk bins. Due to that my friends and i simply put our finds from other bins back and left. Even the staff yelled at us to “MOVE OUT THE WAY” like maybe properly block off the area? or let new guests walking in know that that area is blocked off for the large group? Like i said we had no interest in those specific bins. Such an odd experience will not be going back to those bins. Staff was rude and the people are insane."
"Just visited for the first time yesterday because I was passing through town. I didn’t expect to be yelled at and treated like a toddler as an almost 40 year old woman. Your workers should realize not everyone knows how the lines and the store works. I get you probably have rude people who don’t follow rules but you still could treat people with respect. I legit want you to know I suffer from severe social anxiety and ptsd…I was almost made to cry because I got yelled at for breaking some “rule” I had no idea about. Just repeatedly yelled “Get back!” “Get back” legit like I’m an animal. I calmly asked what the rules were and your worker just acted annoyed with me. I will not be back to your store. I understand this isn’t some upscale establishment. Doesn’t mean your workers have to lack in the areas of customer service and understanding not everyone knows your rules when they walk in."
"THERES A POLICE MAN SITTING OUTSIDE THE DOORS. Some might say I’m just not cut out for “bins” but I will not be returning. The staff isn’t rude but they’re not helpful. It was my first time going and I had no idea about waiting in line for new bins. I made the mistake of doing that thinking I would find something good and the only thing I found was assaulted. The people (customers) thrifting are crazy and it’s really sad to see people get so worked up over the things goodwill could not sell. I had ladies pushing and shoving me for sports bras and t shirts. The few things I took home were not worth dealing with how this bin location is ran. My friends and I drove almost an hour to be disappointed."

"If you want your stuff take, bait and switched, and to sit for hours enjoy yourself a great time at the Ft. Lauderdale bins… they have literally taken electronics from me and charged me way more than the pound because and I quote “they are worth more” I found these items in the bins I expect them to be atleast by the pound and you should never be able to bait and switched people who wait and dig the bins all day. It’s unbelievable aswell as they overcharge for hard goods to some people and then to others they don’t. I’ve been told it’s 1 per pound by the manager for hard goods and others I can’t even get a word in about it… bad experience, on top of that they take literally all the items out of the bins before bringing them out, it’s like what’s the point. Fix your stuff guys."
"pretty solid outlet store with some good finds, there are a few things to note 1st, they do not sell jewelry. They only sell clothing and home wears, no furniture either and very, very limited shoes. Certain items are not priced by the pound, I picked a few dresses, but they were actually eight dollars each so I ended up passing on them. Make sure you bring your own bag as carts are limited and they do not have shopping bags. no bad smell and honestly, the place seemed pretty clean and all the clothes seem fairly clean too. Two dollars per pound is a little pricey, but I would go back at the end of the day."
"I’ve been coming to the Goodwill Outlet in Fort Lauderdale for a while, but lately it’s become incredibly unfair for regular customers. There’s a clear issue with favoritism. The main employee who brings out the bins is constantly giving special treatment to a certain younger guy — it’s obvious that money is being exchanged between them. While the rest of us are waiting and trying to shop fairly, this one person gets first access to everything before anyone else can even look."
"***Update*** The stuff here has fallen off. You can still find a gem or two, but they're few and far between now. You can definitely find some hidden gems at the Goodwill bins, but the overall atmosphere can really take away from the experience. The staff isn’t just giving instructions—they’re often yelling at customers in a confrontational way, which makes the place feel tense. I get that managing the crowd can be tough, but the behavior of some customers is just plain rude. People will cut in front of you, reach over you, or even snatch items right out of your hand, acting like you're invisible. Another reviewer mentioned the same thing—it’s like basic courtesy doesn't exist here. If you have a high tolerance for rude behavior, you might still enjoy the treasure hunt. But if you have a short temper, you’ll probably leave more frustrated than satisfied."

"This place is terrible for shoppers. Whoever runs this place makes everyone clear the floor for the last bins of the day?? Like you can’t shop the other bins while they bring new bins out…and do they take their time? Yep. You bet they do. Feels like someone has control issues…"
"Just stopped by on a Sunday. Walked in at 12:57. No signs or directions as to what is going on. We start looking at a bin and this worker with pink hair starts screaming NO ONE SHOULD BE SHOPPING. How does one know this if the door is open, online says it's open and no one stops you from going in? There is something seriously wrong at this place. Is it not a store? Why would you not shop when it says open? Corporate?!"
"My girlfriend and I went there yesterday that place is the most dirty ,nasty place.plain garbage.we usually go to north port bens.no comparison. There prices were over priced.i do believe the hike up the price at the regester. The people that go there are getting way over priced on trash.such a shame for them.Workers were great"
"Women and young ladies. Be aware. There was a man prowling inside the Goodwill. My daughter was stocked about a whole hour. She informed management she informed team members in the building, and even guest shopping and no one did anything. How dare you to ignore someone which they’re seeking help when someone is following them. Shame on you my daughter was crying and I had to drive a whole hour to get to her cause she was scared to walk to her car and no one did anything!!!!!"

"Excellent inventory, decently maintained facility, variety of brands, items in good preowned condition. You have to dig but that is the nature of a goodwill outlet. Very happy with my finds at this store. FYI no children allowed at this location according to a sign on the door, customers must be over 16."
"Under new management as Bargain Barn.. Employees are nice and change bins frequently. The only problem so far is that every employee has a different take on how to price items. I was interested in buying some fabric for sewing, which I have always gotten for .49 cents a pound. Now they insist that cut fabric remnants are $3.49/pound. Used Christmas stockings are 3.49/pound. In nearly eight years that I have shopped there, these items were not considered “linens”. I put back all my fabric I had chosen for sewing projects. Conversely, jewelry is considered hard goods. Electronics are hard goods. Sculptures are also considered hard goods. It does not make sense to me. It’s the luck of the draw. Whichever cashier you get, everyone has their own definition!"
"Goodwill outlet is a thrifty,no telling what you may find, it gets a little crazy, but i enjoy shopping there, rather you are a collector,or an online merchant or if you are a resaler or just shopping for your personal need it's something for everyone one. The associate and warehouse workers are the best."
"The price per lb for clothes is higher than any other goodwill bins. Prices vary depending on who checks you out one lady makes up prices for items instead of weighing them."

"Where do I start? This place is a mad house but hidden gems are possible. The customers literally trample you when new bins come out. If you wait till the frenzy is over, you can more peacefully search through the bins, although by then, they’ve usually broken anything fragile. Prices are by the pound. Hard items are worth it at 50 cents a pound. Soft items (clothes and linen) are way overpriced at $3.00 a pound and it adds up quick. Then there are the random “individually priced” items which are decided by the employee checking you out at the register. Whenever they feel like it, they may decide something you are purchasing will not be weighed, but instead they will invent their own price on the spot for it. For example, I brought a decorative square that hangs on the wall made of rocks (looked like a homemade item) to the register. Before I could place it in the bin to weigh it, the cashier said that’s individually priced, and quoted $2. I ended up leaving it. The next day it was still there so I decided I would get it… brought it to the register (different cashier) and this cashier decided it would cost $6. I told her yesterday I was quoted $2 and she just stared at me. I put it back and didn’t buy it. Five minutes later, a guy walks up to the same cashier with the same item, asks how much? And the SAME cashier told him $9.00!!!! They literally make up their own prices and change them from one second to the next. There’s no way to ensure equitable treatment which can really raise questionable practices for potential discriminatory treatment. On a separate note, I have literally never seen employees of an establishment scream in customers’ faces the way I experienced here. This is NOT an exaggeration. If anything, it’s an understatement. I knew nothing about this place when I walked in. This man SCREAMED at me, to the point where he was spitting on me. “WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO? YOU CAN’T BE IN HERE WITH THOSE! WHAT DO YOU WANT? YOU NEED TO GO! YOU CAN’T WEAR THOSE IN HERE! ARE YOU TRYING TO SHOP HERE?” He was pointing at my sandals and the man wouldn’t take a breath. I was trying to tell him I’ve never been here before and wanted to know how it worked and what the rules were, but every time I opened my mouth, I got 2 words out before the man kept yelling in my face like a scolded child. The treatment was honestly so shocking it was almost funny! Literally no one batted an eye. This was completely normal! I almost felt like I was dealing with my toddler throwing a tantrum and just had to wait it out till he was ready to behave like a human! 😂 Incredibly unusual experience. This is the norm. Employees scream at customers all day as if herding prisoners. Those that stay are used to it and know that’s just how it works here. Suffice it to say, enter at your own risk and wear thick skin cause it’s literally as if you’ve walked into a completely different country that is unrecognizable as USA."
"Dangerous: the regulars own the store because they stay all day and stampede new bins. Bedding is mixed with clothes- they won’t let you check out until you have 20 pounds of stuff. No kids allowed, A man yelled at me when I brought out my phone to call someone saying no pictures no video!, and if you don’t have on close toed shoes they will tell you to leave. People stand with their carts in the periphery all day and just load up cart after cart since you were not able to bring your cart into the bin area. Know The rules before you go."
"You definitely need to bring patience and an open mind. If you are lucky you'll find some good stuff, but you have to literally dig in the bins. Its a good value if you find good stuff. There is yelling, but I stayed out of people's way. No one was mean in my experience. I'll definitely go back again for bargain hunting! And you pay by the pound for your items."
"It was a trip! I knew about the shoes so was prepared. Did not get the memo on the 10 pounds till was told not enough. They did bring merchandise out while I was there and my friend and I watched as people lined up in front of the bins waiting for the signal from the worker. Then total people grabbing stuff. We laughed. It is not upscale so know what you are walking into."

"Have you ever watched a YouTube video or read a review that lead you to want to try a place? Well that is my story with Goodwill Outlet! I have seen so many YouTube goodwill outlet hauls where people find amazing items for very low prices. On my trip to Florida I was determined to stop by a Goodwill outlet. This appeared to be the closest one to where I was staying. Let’s first start with parking!!! It is chaotic!! I arrived around noon and there was no available parking in the lot. There is paid street parking, but even that is limited. Also, why would I want to pay to park and then go shopping at a goodwill outlet????! Since we could not find free parking I was just dropped off. I really had to use the restroom so that was my first order of business. I asked 3 staff and no one understood English!! Now maybe this is the norm in Miami. The security guard understood my request enough and helped me out. Long story short- the restroom at the outlet is not available. I was told to go next door to use the restroom. Next door is the building directly on the corner this is the traditional goodwill store. After I finally relieved myself I went back to the outlet. Now as I stated above, I came prepared, you know after watching all those YouTube videos!! I put on my gloves and started digging. This did not last very long. I think I checked out a total of about -9 bins and I was over it. Most of the items appear to be junk! I don’t know what the secret sauce is to actually find good items, but I don’t think I will ever find out! This experience was a bit overwhelming for me! I love a good deal, but I just don’t know that I love a deal so much that I am willing to dig through mostly junk to find a few slightly better than junk items . If this is something you don’t mind- knock yourself out!! Happy treasure hunting!"
"I shopped at the store, not the bins Not enough dressing rooms so be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes to try things... also there is no sign showing where the line begins so it's absolutely chaotic Everything is overpriced, found some good pieces but I know they would be cheaper at another location Had to park on the street for a charge, no free parking available"
"This is my favorite store! I go every chance I get. My closet is filled with clothes from here, and sometimes I’ll get lucky and find some cute little knickknacks as well. Some people turn their nose up at places like this because you have to ‘get your hands dirty’ digging for stuff, but I think it’s fun! Just take some Purell and you’ll be fine. :) It’s also easy to get to from the train, just get off at Santa Clara and walk less than a mile. I’m going again today! The main Goodwill located directly beside it is nice as well, it’s nothing special though. It’s the same as all the other ones. You can always find great stuff, but next door at the Pound Store is way more interesting and much cheaper. Try both! I might have to mention the parking.. It’s very, very crowded there so you will probably have to park far away or circle around a bunch to find a spot."
"It was one of Goodwill outlets that we love going to especially with my mom because she likes going to such places to spend her weekends. She loves shopping for nice clothes at low prices because she needs more clothes going to our local church. She loves to dress beautifully during Sunday service. Anyways, this place was awesome and lots to choose from at super low prices."

"A mystery adventure! Unlike standard Goodwill stores with color-coded tags and individual prices for each item, a Goodwill Outlet store takes all the items those stores don’t sell and pules them into bins and tables, charging by the pound for different categories: linens, shoes, apparel, glassware, etc. Some items, such as TVs and furniture, have a flat fee. As of mid-September 2023, the Ocala outlet store’s posted hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. As I checked out, the clerk said they are also open Saturdays, now. This was my first visit to an outlet, so my impressions might not be accurate: Shrewd shoppers seemed to know that new items are brought out early along the back wall, then the bins are taken back for refills midmorning. Other bins throughout the store contain jumbles of books or clothes or linens or housewares, and you might find a sparkling sari dress in with men’s T-shirts, women’s tops of any size, and children’s clothes. Guidelines are posted on the walls: If you are new to outlet shopping, take a moment to read the rules. Tables along one wall hold glassware, plates, figurines and other fragile items. Another row of tables provide clear plastic bags, so the shoppers who already know the different categories can fold and bag up their loot before they roll their cart to check out. Confused by the chaos? Goodwill staff are happy to answer questions. Even the other shoppers might chat with you about their finds. Go with an attitude of adventure, and remember that treasures and surprises could be found in any bin! Get tired of the search? There are benches where you may rest a while."
"The Goodwill Outlet is an absolute feral wonderland of secondhand treasures. It’s not your average thrift store—oh no, this is a full-contact, dig-through-the-heaps-like-a-goblin experience. Picture rows of bins filled with clothes, linens, shoes, and bags that didn’t find love at a regular Goodwill. Why? Who knows. People have bad taste. Their loss, your gain. Yes, you’ll have to get your hands dirty (figuratively… mostly. Gloves are highly recommended!), but that’s part of the adventure. The thrill of the hunt is real, and when you unearth that perfect vintage jacket or a bizarre-but-amazing T-shirt, it’s like winning a very specific, very affordable lottery. Prices are by weight, so you can walk out with an entire wardrobe for the cost of a fast-food meal. It can get a little chaotic, especially when they swap out bins, but the staff is super friendly and happy to help if you look confused enough. Just be prepared for a bit of a crowd—apparently, I’m not the only one who enjoys a good bargain-hunting battle royale. Overall, 10/10 would definitely rummage again. I make a point to stop here any time I'm in the area."
"I have been coming here since I was a teenager. They shut down for Covid and opened back up again a few weeks ago. It has been like losing a friend. We always find something great here. My kids love to go through the bins and it’s like an adventure. They get excited to come here. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Make sure to follow directions when they bring new bins out or they will make sure you know you didn’t follow them. I don’t even bother with the new bins when they bring them out, because people can get very pushy. Just wait until they start going back to the other bins. Bring gloves!"
"Love that sometimes you can find really good condition stuff, some name brands. They do a rotation of the bins that's good bc at times the bins get some kids lollipop in there so I always bring gloves. Also, some outfits or bags are new but still could use a wash from being dumped in this bin with other stuff; pallet dirt, etc. bringing your own large bag helps to not use a shopping cart that can't go in the rotation line of new/ used stuff coming out. All the employees/ volunteers have always been nice & could help explain if your New. Definitely worth the deals you get."

"I went to Goodwill outlet today and I was going to get some Epsom salt. The priced sticker from the store said $2.99 that was the regular price so I went up front to see how much it was and the guy told me $5.38 .. now why would I pay $5.38 for it when I can go to the store and get it for $2.99? .. that did not make any sense to me .. needless to say I left it there and walked out .. really don't have any plans in going back"
"II BU y A LOT OF "GIRLY" CLOTHS my size.I where? them go when I go under houses to work on anything from plumbing to foundations ..I have to have a tight fit to keep Crawly things out. I now have the secrete of women's clothing..they are COMFORTABLE TO WEAR! I LOVE THEM !!! (I don't get why someone would sew.pockets closed on a pair of jeans on purpose ..)this place is where. "cloths by the pound " is defined.I can walk in and begin shopping in seconds and no one says a word . At least not about my choice of clothing.I am you will all enjoy the "yardsale" set up But I enjoy the selection!! I can't wait to have occasion to wear my long Seabrook button up AND I WULDNT DREAM OF WEARING .UNDER A HOUSE!!! Enjoy YOUR SHOPPING..ITS A Great PLACE. and of course I just. had to find shoes to go with my pink .....and the" love pink" just jumped out of the bin and clung my girl friends love my choices my bros are standing a little further away and don't slap me on the back anymore. ...it was so annoying!!!"
"June 2020: Open for business! $1.79 per pound for clothing. there's a sitting area with vending machines, so you can sort through your goods before your purchase. Very chill laid back environment. No one is fighting over purchases here! I was there for 3 hours and they didn't change out the bins once. Bins are piles high with clothes and accessories. I found a Camille prom dress, Free People dress, and Lululemon items."
"Has a very wide selection of everything with great prices per pound. Clean atmosphere inside and outside. The signs help out but the lady in there helped me out a lot with it being my first time here. Buckets can have anything in it so come with time to look around because I think its worth every second. You never know what youll find so come check it out and like this post if it helped you in any way shape or form."

"Went to Goodwill Outlet and while normally my visits are positive, I do not need someone making a running commentary on what I pick up that is potentially counterfeit or not counterfeit. Other people should mind their own business. I do not ask for other people's opinions, nor do I make comments about what they are grabbing in the bins. I am capable of determining the condition and authentication of something. I wish others would mind their own business in that respect. Also please ask people to stop parking on the side of the parking lot near the street. It is difficult to see around cars to pull out to get on the street. And it's always the same guy doing it. He drives an older spray painted green truck with skull and crossbones on the doors. Kids playing on the floor create a hazard. Don't let customers permit their kids to play on the floors. It's dangerous. Back to our regularly scheduled positive days at GWO. Thanks!"
"Marilyn at the front was extremely unprofessional today. Did not see the best side of her. Went in just to look and haven’t been here to many times so did not know exactly how things worked. I Don’t understand when people stopped communicating with one another. The customer service just was not there. She said she “hates when people try to tell her how to do her job” well I hate I made her feel that way. I’m just dumb and didn’t know how the lbs and weight works. Other than that it’s a lot of junk sometimes you can find some decent clothes but wear gloves and there aren’t many people working that are able to help or want to help so just be prepared to fend for yourself."
"They fired the assistant manager, John. He was always just a joy to be around. He made the customers want to go there, because he was funny and very personable. I guess that they don't like that at goodwill. It's a good place to go if you don't mind digging through stuff. The prices are a bit insane for some of it, though. The clothing really should be cheaper. It's a bit ridiculous when the goodwill stores charge about $5.99 for Levi's jeans and the bin store is charging about $5.00 for a pair due to the weight. I also think that it's ridiculous that the manager would rather the heavier stuff go into the compactor than let somebody have it at a decent price. All in all, I go there for the customers and some of the workers and to maybe try my luck at finding something that I like."
"I found a few like new women boots, sneakers and household items, and I paid $15 for them. There are plenty of junks, but you just got to shift through the pile and find those treasure, which is the thrill of coming to bin place like this. 2 bins full of stuff come out every 10 minutes to swap out the old ones, filled with children's toys, bags, baskets and deco. There are shoppers who are bit aggressive trying to get the first dip, but you can always tell them to back off if they come to close to you. I will be back."

"Note that the Outlet is now open 7am-6pm !! What a great place to search for treasures, housewares, cleaning products, clothes, shoes, purses, suitcases, just about anything. I have found so many one-of-a kind- things by digging in the bins. Many shoppers bring cloth or plastic gloves to dig through the used items. Items are sold by weight so dresses and shirts go for about $1. Some people wear gloves because teaching in bina always brings surprises. Today i found a series of Christie's auction books, including an Extensive fine art book and sealed Classic cómics in impecable condition. Amid many things in which i have no interest, i found many brand name items today like Sketchers, Banana Republic, Cat and Jack, polo, Disney, Forever 21, Sperry, converse all stars, LLBean, Jones New York, Rugby University, and more. Leslie is a great worker. She's like a great mom: she's kind and helpful but when she needs to how the line, she's like mom. Lee is a great cashier who us parientes with me and always has a warm smile"
"I recently visited the Goodwill Outlet in St. Petersburg, Florida, for the first time and found a few good items—so that was a win! However, I have to say I wasn’t a big fan of the deep crates they use instead of the usual blue rolling bins. Those deep crates are tough to dig through, and they can really be hard on your back. It’s just not as convenient. Honestly, I think all Goodwill Outlet stores should stick with the blue rolling carts—they make way more sense and are so much easier to work with. Overall, I’d give this location a 3 out of 5."

"The woman Lesley at the front at the BINS is always screaming and yelling and harassing the customers. She walks around and tells everyone when their cart is too full and demands they checkout. If you don’t, she threatens to kick you out. It was a highly traumatic and anxiety driven shopping experience. Every-time I go in, she’s SCREAMING at everyone & 100% miserable. Even the employees say she’s awful and gives them anxiety working with her. This is unacceptable treatment of customers and workers. Besides that, you can get cheap clothes in bulk, but it comes with a panic attack and a side of full harassment like you’re 8 years old."

"Loved this goodwill outlet. I have been 3 times now they are consistently bringing out new bins of donations. Great finds tons of clothes furniture and electronics is the only thing this outlet is missing. Great staff very helpful."
"pretty bad experience one of the cashier ladies had a melt down. It was about 7:30pm. The cashier calls over the intercom for all the customers to come and check out. The store closes at 8:00pm which is posted on a sign right outside the stores front door and anywhere you check online. So I go up to wait in line to check out, there are 6 people in line in front of me, cashier lady proceeds to stop the people right in front of me whom was a mother and her children ( i was last in the line) and with completely unprovoked anger screams at the mother and me that we can’t buy our things, no more transactions, stores closed. I was just kinda shocked, like what happened? By this point it was like 7:45pm so it was still open business hours and i was just waiting in line to check out. its just kinda crazy that someone would treat 2 complete strangers with such disrespect, and aggression, completely unprovoked. i really calmly tried to ask her "can i please buy my stuff, i was waiting in line" but i couldn't even get that sentence out of my mouth becuase she just cut me off and got louder and louder, there was no use in trying to talk to her becuase she was just completely irate. Its completely unfair that she treated me like that and just outright refused service during open business hours for no reason, she was taking some unrelated anger out on me for sure and that's just not right. Whatever i guess, saw one of her co-working laughing under there breath which says a lot, probably not her first freak out, i just needed some second hand shirts for work, guess ill get them elsewhere"
"I love this location and the staff works very hard with the amount of traffic and items that are rotated out every hour. The bathrooms could be better sometimes there’s no toilet paper and there’s no soap or paper towels. Out of all of the Goodwill locations this one definitely needs to have a better hand washing because you are digging through bins and it would be very helpful. The other thing that might be helpful is to have a first aid kit upfront in case somebody gets cut on glass. I usually bring my own Band-Aids and wipes, but it might be a good idea. I also wish that they had some sanitizing spray like the gym has on the wall with paper towel to clean off things that spill. If glass gets broken the staff is so quick to help clean it up. All of the staff has always been respectful and they keep things running smoothly. Thank you to the guys bringing the bins out. I know that’s hard work and I hope they get recognized for this. I also love the snack machines and lounge. I’ve found so many amazing items here over the years that you can’t find anywhere else!"
"I am so confused. Went in with my daughter to pick up some clothes for her and baby clothing. Picked out a bunch of stuff, and was watched by this weird man who worked there as if I was doing something weird. We got up to the counter and they made us go bag the stuff first. I was confused, tried to ask questions about what I was supposed to do, exactly for separating the items, when the shift manager came over and copped an attitude. I told her I needed customer service, not to be told what to do. Get up to the counter, she says the young man who told me to bag stuff wasn't going to help me. I was trying to turn my cart around, and asked why. She said he wasn't fixing to deal with anyone who has attitude, so I said okay well I'm going to go then. She talked mess my whole way out the door. Thankfully for her, my daughter was with me and I know being pregnant and hangry, I wasn't prepared to be nice, so I left I won't be back to Goodwill of any kind. Between the way I was treated at the outlet, the raised prices in the other stores, and the ridiculous amount they pay their CEO, I'm simply done with goodwill. If you're going to call someone a manager for any length of time, please ensure they know how to deal with human beings. #disappointed"

"I’ve found some great deals and have found pricing to be better than some of the outlets I’ve visited. I read the staff is rude but they warm up if you’re friendly. The store is pretty messy, shopping is chaotic and some of the other customers are rude but I guess you find that everywhere now. Cons: 1. The parking lot can be a mess. First time I shopped here I parked in the row closest to the door only to get blocked in by a semi and other large trucks bringing stuff in. I learned my lesson. 2. You’re not allowed to have your cart at the bin with you. After shopping here a few times I understand why they require you to line your cart up along the wall and run items back to it- make sure you come prepared with a large bag to fill at the bins before transferring to your cart. 3. Pricing is odd- wares, clothing, books, accessories, etc all different prices. 4. You have to line-up for first access to the new bins. I would much rather spend my limited time shopping than standing in line. 5. You have to “cash out” your cart before it’s full every so often or run the risk of having it taken and added back to the bins. I had to take two trips out to my vehicle during my hour and a half shopping trip. 6. There aren’t big scales for the carts so you have to remove your things, put your sorted items in bins to weigh, remove them, etc. this makes check out clunky and time consuming if you’re unsure of pricing. I’ve learned to sort clothing seperate from home decor, etc. Pros: 1. I have found some great deals as they seem to have a ton of new things coming in. 2. A new bin comes out every 15 minutes. 3. Prices, though confusing, aren’t bad. 4. They will mark heavy items down for you. 5. Credit cards are accepted."
"I understand that employees get overworked and constantly having to remind shoppers of the rules but there is one employee that i am assuming to be the manager, he is tall, white with dark brown hair and a beard, that is very aggressive against children and this is not the first time i have notice it, but this is the first time i have witness it in such a manner i had to review. i witness something today that made my gut turned and my fist wrench ready to defend if necessary.. the floor manager was so loud and aggressive towards a child sitting on the bench and appear to be holding the parent place in line for the release of the new bins that were getting ready to be placed out for shoppers. the child was no older than 8 years old and clearly was instructed by his parents to sit however the tall white man who appear to be the floor manager began to shout towards the child that he needs to get up because a child cannot be use to hold the line and whilst i understand his point, i don't condone the aggression towards the child, the white man who appears to be the floor manager kept pointing towards the child as he spoke loud , shout angrily and staring at the child as though he had committed a crime, the child was so terrified he got up, panicking and didn't know which direction to turn as his parents were shuffling through a bin two rows down... he is a child and so if the manager had something to correct then he should have been matured about resolving the issue, for example he could have shouted in general towards all shoppers NOT DIRECTED AT THE CHILD and asked who were the parents and then address the parents themselves about the issue at hand but to focus on the child as if the child was a grown adult is unacceptable. i have been shopping here for over a year and am use to the rules and shouting but today was over the line and went from upholding the rules to being aggressive as though he wanted to attack the child and that i will not stand for.. if his general manager doesn't address this type behavior with his floor manager then the next time i witness such horrifying behavior i will report to corporate.. that toned and attitude towards anyone especially a child will not be supported. correct his attitude and approach to kids or when i see him do such disgusting act i will record and corporate will have to.. respect doesn't come by intimidating kids who cannot defend themselves, that was a child. how dare he speaks to a child in that way. being a manger isn't about being aggressive, it is about knowing how to uphold the rules and regulation whilst maintaining professionalism. i hope you guys replay the days camera and listen and view to see for yourself. that was not ok.. if he is unhappy with his job then quit.. this job is time consuming and require tolerance and plenty inner piece to deal with so many customers but keep your anger away from kids."
"Not crowded on a Saturday morning. Not a huge by the lb location. I like the bins here vs the ones you usually see at the other goodwill outlets. If you are a goodwill outlet fan, this one is worth giving a try. As a reseller, it was not that good. When they put fresh goods out it was just 2 rows so everyone crowded in. They have wares, clothes, purses and shoes all mixed together."
"There is a shopping cart for a reason. I was told I cannot push the cart in the place while shopping I am to guess because the vultures who wait along the wall for new bins. Why would you put your stuff in an unattended cart and keep walking the items you want back to it!! I was told to tell Goodwill to change the rules this is not how it is in all Goodwills."
