"According to the older 80s haired clerk you now need to separate everything at the register in addition to the kitchenware and linens and books. So even though the rest is the same price per pound, she wants them separate. She lied and said this system has been in place since this summer. She lied and said there is a sign on the door saying this. There are posters in the wall stating what the price per pound is. There is a sign hanging from the ceiling saying that you need to put the books on the counter. Nothing says you need to separate every category within the 1.89 price point. She jabs at the counter to point at a list of each different sub category but this sign does not say they need to be charged separately. She also goes through everything and argues that a blanket or sheet is linens. This makes the time at the register so long and tedious and poi The rules need to be updated and posted so the clerks can't make stuff up on the fly. These weren't the rules last month. Before that there was a clerk yelling at everyone in line to pull their stuffed animals out of their bags and he weighed them separately. Only one person at the register and a long line and she is making up ridiculous rules on the spot. I can't wait til a new place opens because this one sucks. The employees here are on power trips. While I was in line I heard them yelling at everyone to leave the bins and go back behind the line because they saw one guy run. Y'all aren't PE teachers. They do turn over the bins too quickly while people are still looking. Maybe some of them can man the registers and get people through the line quicker."

"Probably the worst bins in the Colorado area. The stuff isn’t the best it seems like they have employees take out what they want first. The checkout is the worst and is so long because they take out your stuff and rearrange the categories that aren’t even on the board!! At the point you don’t even know what you’re paying for. The employee named Juliana or whatever had her grubby hands take my shoes out of the cart and told me it was $1.89 per pound… okay it was with the clothes why are you being sketchy and taking them out just to charge them separately for no reason? Employees are snarky and bad vibes and negative energy all day long. Don’t go to this bins… just a waste of time. I recommend the Denver or any other one would be better than this one. Overrall this outlet is sketchy and annoying, won’t be going there anymore 🫣"

"This was our first time in the outlet. Pleased with the organization and timing of new merchandise. Bring gloves to dive in and friends to help find treasures and hold down the fort. Walked out with a blanket, a book, and a dress shirt for less than $2. Can't wait to go back."

"I LOVE Goodwill Outlets, but this is my least favorite location in the Denver area. It is SO DIRTY in here. Does management not walk in and see the dust covering all the walls and ceiling? Does management not see the disgusting bathrooms? The floors looked like they haven't been cleaned since 2019. It is by far the worst location ranging from cleanliness, staff, other customers and how crowded it is. I know the standards aren't high and I don't expect much, but it seems the staff doesn't clean at all."
