"They do not use a scale to price your items. Everything is individually priced. They have huge deep tall boxes where the keep the clothes you can only scratch the surface. Worse part is they keep these boxes in a small room with a fan on no ac. 🥵 They don't seem to bring out new bins as like other goodwill outlets do. I didn't like it, will not go back it felt more like a regular goodwill store experience than an "cleance center" no blue bag bliss for me and my daughter 😭"
"Making over 150 people wait outside in the rain when there’s only 15 new bins of clothing is absolutely ridiculous. It’s been reported that goodwill donations in SoCal are at an all time high. Why are the employees here pretending there’s a clothing shortage? When over half the customers are leaving with nothing, you know something is wrong. Please put out more clothing, it will stop wasting everyone’s time and I’m sure the store will make more money"
"Wow, I now have a new favorite place in North County San Diego. I came here for the first time yesterday and had a blast! I came to donate items here and then realized they also had a store inside the wearhouse where you can buy items at cheap prices. The store in the wearhouse is smaller than I thought it would be, but it is stocked FULL of amazing items at great deals! I bought a sweater for 50 cents! Most of the clothes are under 5 dollars, and they also sell furniture, dishware, kids toys, electronics, and 85-90% clothing. This is a great place to come if you are needing something but struggling financially, as well as just a cool place to shop if you enjoy shopping. Enjoy!"
"We went middle of the day on a random Thursday and we’re not disappointed! walked around with plenty of goodies before they go to landfill- items seemed clean - i didn’t see deep boxes to dig through just some bins! Staff & security guy was super friendly & helpful! will be back! Resellers go first thing in morning so might be more busy then!"
