"Other goodwills have rules set in place to make sure everyone can get a chance to look in the bins. This place however, just lets the same 8 people crowd around the new bins and take first dibs on every single new bin coming out. They’re just grabbing so aggressively without any care what they’re grabbing. You have to be mentally ill to do that honestly. Very selfish, I don’t care if this is your job, it’s mine too. And I have respect for the people around me. I guess that’s very hard to come by these days. Even when I’m looking in the bins that have been picked through, I get people coming up and grabbing exactly where I am, trying to find something before I do. I don’t understand this logic at all. Seems like these people just like fighting over some clothes or have a FOMO complex. Did no one ever teach you manners or personal space in your entire life? On top of that the cashiers are usually nice but the people bringing out the bins are very rude, yelling at people all day to MOVE and giving dirty looks to everyone. Why would you work at a place you hate so much? When you are nice to people and have respect for others you get blessed. There’s enough to go around and the sooner you understand that the sooner this place will be more enjoyable for everyone."

"Bins come out differently now to reduce the congestion. Definitely a treasure hunt style of thrifting while others are also treasure hunting. It’s fun if you go into it knowing this is not your typical mellow style thrifting but more of a competition 😂😂 10/10 would go again for the cheap price and the hunt lol …"

Raquel Lopez-Rodriguez

"First time I've been there since the pandemic began. You can find good buys if you're lucky to get a chance with all the vultures. It's just ridiculous how some people just can't wait to hijack the bins like it's the last they'll ever see. It's not the cleanest place to shop so if cleanliness is an issue, stay away. Again, somedays you can find good buys, somedays not. The prices are great, I admit, just dealing with all the people isn't so great."

Kathy T

"Reasonable prices on clothes. You have to dig through bins fight for what is in the bins. Very busy during the weekdays. There are a lot of people people there"

"I love this place! Find the most awesome deals and treasures weighed by the pound. It's 1.49 a pound. Items are in bins according to hard goods, soft goods, books, and shoes... they have a large furniture, bike, miscellaneous section toward the back of the place! I always find sturdy furniture for cheap cheap... oh they also have chairs of all kinds and variety lining the whole wall as you walk in!"

Anastasiya Lyashenko

"Intresting place, you really have to dig around to find some treasure. The staff is nice and does their best to coordinate the bins and bring new things out. Fellow thrifters can get a bit wild when a new bin is rolled out and they all jump on it. Center bins are full of random clothes, all shapes , sizes , color, condition. Book bins are to the side as well as shoes. Furniture in the back and household randomness to the left of the store. It takes a bit of time and sorting but I can usually find somethings I am happy with. Prices are set by lb for clothes and books, shoes, glass, etc are at a set price. Quite affordable."

Kris Thompson

"Love this place 🤓I have been shopping here since they opened. Great place to find great deals everything is price per pound, last time I checked it was 2.29 a pound. You can find cheesy stuff designer stuff & vintage. Not only clothes, but household assorted items as well🐘 you never know what you might find there😬 😄 Be ready to dig and sort through bins only for the true Bargain Hunter😁"

Jisele Smart

"This goodwill is disgusting. Please wear gloves when you're digging through bins and wear a mask cause the place smells bad almost like urine. Anyways, I love what I bought. I bought two sweaters, Levi jeans, and a plushie ALL for 5 dollars. I dont have any pics of the inside but I only have pics of what I bought. So, if you wanna find cute clothes you might find some here and you'll save a lot of money. Make sure you wash everything before trying them on. :)"

"Says Goodwill Outlet now open but is not an outlet. It’s an auction and electronics center. Went in the entrance and could see people in an office but no one helped me and they kept working on a computer. Went outside and talked to a random person who told me what it was. I feel bad that I made my family get off the freeway to stop since it was a waste of time."

Alex Standke (XanderStrike)

"The website is incorrect, there is NO clearance center here selling "furniture, family apparel, linens, accessories and select household items." There is only the electronics store, and auctions. The electronics store was okay (hence two stars instead of one), plenty of cheap computers and some of the more common video game consoles, but they were all in extremely rough shape. Much worse than I'm used to seeing in Goodwills in other counties."

Yerat Cervantes

"I've been in this location enough times to finally do a decent review of it and if you don't feel like reading a long winded explanation all you need to know is this: don't bother coming here as an individual customer since anything good isn't available for sale and the few things that are available get sold to a literal cartel of buyers. Find a decent non-crime ridden goodwill. Now if you feel like reading on. The location itself is nice enough (building wise) but it's 100 percent geared for huge moneyed interests who buy stuff from the USA and then resell in Mexico. Most of the staff will reserve any of the good items to sellers they know personally so you'll be out of luck if you think you're snagging something. All of these sellers essentially no joke form a goodwill cartel of sellers who seem to have dibs on everything. Management at this goodwill seems to be aware but they don't seem to care or are very likely in on how the selling and buying is done. Next let's speak about the trash in the parking lot, it's everywhere and there will be literal caravans preventing you from parking blaring loud music during your whole stay (and no security won't help you or care)and you'll be driving through trash that the poor overworked goodwill workers try to constantly sweep. Be very careful getting items of interests it's not unusual for you to be accosted or threatened with violence by the big buyers outside if they feel your item should've been theirs . That being said if you need a charger or something or happen to be in the area then sure swing by they have literal totes of the stuff they can't get rid off. If you have to go here for any reason go closer to closing time since the big buyers by then will be gone and you'll have a decent time to scour anything that for some reason nobody could tell had some value. I've snagged an x230, a mech keyboard, and even a decent Nvidia card. Of course this been over the course of about 2 years now so that should tell you how bad this location is. All I have to say is this, I've been in some shady goodwills but this one takes the cake. Good luck if you come here. Or better. Don't."

Israel Amaro

"Auctions and electronics store. Different discounts during the week, no student or senior discounts at this location. Cheaper than regular Goodwill shops, but have to look harder to find stuff. If your looking for mostly electronics and accessories, this is the place. Lost power cables, laptop power cable, speaker blew out, lost remote, etc? You probably can find it here. So far I've bought Yamaha HDMI receiver, dvd remotes, blu ray players, cox cable modems, sound bars, wine fridge, misc. cables and even a stock stereo for my van. No complains. There's also workbench to test out electronics."

"New Goodwill outlet. The Bins. In what was a former furniture store. It is clean, well lit. Has parking underground off 15th Street near loading docks. Walk up the garage ramp and around corner to 14th Street side and people line up there before it opens at 830am. Inside you can grab a cart. They have clothing, some shoes, some housewares, and some furniture. They put bins out in the room before the public enters. There was no rotation of the bins. Pricing per chart. About 2 dollars a piece with cheaper price for 15 items. They charge up for shoes, jackets. Overall nice experience, patrons were not too aggressive yet."

Q M

"I have to say in one of the richest cities in the country it is insulting to have the outlets here charge $2 a piece for scraps after you know darn well goodwill picks through the good items. All the ones I’ve been to pay by weight and that isn’t the case in socal. The people who go to these aren’t millionaires yet they waste our time with $2 a piece, and when you wait in line it TAKES FOREVER because the cashier has to look up every…single… article…of clothing or goods. , nickel and dimeing. Think about it! Most people commute long distance to come to these in socal and they do this. Time, lots of gas, and then getting charged PER piece of clothing is insane!!! It’s the same scenario in Escondido! It’s pointless to go if you’re not close by! Don’t waste your time!!! I implore you!"

"I have already been three times and they just opened Feb 28th! It got better every time. It is a outlet/bin store so most is priced per pound as you can see in the pictures. But you can fin really good deals if you take the time to look. This store has it all too the other outlets in San Diego just sell one main type of items. While they say the specialize in furniture here they also had books, toys, clothes, shoes, appliances, purses, bags, jewelry, movies, sporting goods, linens and lots of other stuff. I hope they keep getting good inventory so I can shop multiple times a month and find good stuff. You might be overwhelmed if you haven't been to this type of store before. Ask a employee, everyone that I talked to were very friendly and helpful with my questions. We also loved free parking in downtown! They have a garage under the building with a elevator that bring u up to the store."

Mary Sparks

"This is an outlet. Items are price per pound. It is very small and everything is in bins. There is not much to look at. Maybe because it is new or maybe because it is just a sorting location for goodwill? Idk. But definitely not a thrifters dream! There is free underground parking with a very long corridor. A workout for handicap people"

"They do not use a scale to price your items. Everything is individually priced. They have huge deep tall boxes where the keep the clothes you can only scratch the surface. Worse part is they keep these boxes in a small room with a fan on no ac. 🥵 They don't seem to bring out new bins as like other goodwill outlets do. I didn't like it, will not go back it felt more like a regular goodwill store experience than an "cleance center" no blue bag bliss for me and my daughter 😭"

Jordana Klein

"Making over 150 people wait outside in the rain when there’s only 15 new bins of clothing is absolutely ridiculous. It’s been reported that goodwill donations in SoCal are at an all time high. Why are the employees here pretending there’s a clothing shortage? When over half the customers are leaving with nothing, you know something is wrong. Please put out more clothing, it will stop wasting everyone’s time and I’m sure the store will make more money"

Alex

"Wow, I now have a new favorite place in North County San Diego. I came here for the first time yesterday and had a blast! I came to donate items here and then realized they also had a store inside the wearhouse where you can buy items at cheap prices. The store in the wearhouse is smaller than I thought it would be, but it is stocked FULL of amazing items at great deals! I bought a sweater for 50 cents! Most of the clothes are under 5 dollars, and they also sell furniture, dishware, kids toys, electronics, and 85-90% clothing. This is a great place to come if you are needing something but struggling financially, as well as just a cool place to shop if you enjoy shopping. Enjoy!"

Katie Wojciechowski

"We went middle of the day on a random Thursday and we’re not disappointed! walked around with plenty of goodies before they go to landfill- items seemed clean - i didn’t see deep boxes to dig through just some bins! Staff & security guy was super friendly & helpful! will be back! Resellers go first thing in morning so might be more busy then!"

"I have been going to goodwill outlets for several years and over the last year this location has become by far the worst location in Los Angeles/Ventura County region. Management is terrible. Not only do they pick through and take any decent merchandise in the back processing area leaving mainly merchandise that needs to be cleaned/repaired, but they promote a negative environment for their shoppers. Customers are constantly bringing carts in the aisles, blocking pathways, etc., making it difficult for everyone else to search for items, but management does nothing. Then When you move their carts so you can search for items you get treated like the bad guy. Too many under 18 yrs/too many kids/too many college students clogging the aisles/reaching over you/grabbing things from right in front of you. I have never been around so many rude people in any other location. Management knows about these problems and does nothing. I can’t stand to be at this location for any length of time, and I will be happy to take my hundreds of dollars a month to other locations that promote a better experience until this one addresses and deals with these problems."

Alexandra kwiatkowski

"This review is because the manager Junior is such a hard working person he deserves the credit. When he’s not around things just don’t work and things are slow and stagnant. We’ve been coming to the older outlet and this one for 10 years and Junior has progressed into the most efficient, hard working manager that keeps things in line. We come 6 days out of every week and see it all. We love to come when junior is in charge. We spend an average of 200 per day so it helps when things go smooth and everyone is working. Thank you Goodwill outlet for Junior"

Tamara Hydinger

"To whom this may concern, Are you aware that the manager for the goodwill wholesale outlet last night, 05/24/2018 is losing money and customers due to how she treats paying customers? During closing while at least 10 + people were in line with full carts waiting to pay, the manager comes to the middle of the line where I was and says that the man in front of me will most likely be the last one that can purchase items. This made not only all of the people behind me unhappy, but also made me feel like she was cutting off in front of me for prejudice reasons. In all of the years I have been a loyal client of goodwill, I have never waited in a line after looking through items and bins for 90+ minutes just to be told that I won't even have the chance to pay. What made this extremely unfair to your clients and overall a poor way of doing business is: - only one register was open and the manager was not helping the only cashier to speed up the process - manager argued with customer's that were weighing items and was limiting time for everyone else - instead of standing at end of line and announcing that where she stands is the end of line and no one else after her to allow the customers that had already been in line the chance to purchase their items, she targets the customers that have been standing and waiting in line and tells us that we are wasting our time. I had put a lot of energy into finding the items I wanted to purchase and my arms were tired from the time I spent in your store to find them. Your employee had been short, cold, and lacks the proper customer service skills that a manager for your company should have. I have never seen a business run this way. The potential customers that she refused to ring up had enough items to easily match or surpass the cashiers and manager pay for that day. I am very disappointed with how your goodwill manager treats potential clients."

Dana Sutton

"You can find treasure here but it is a grungie envionment. Wear gloves to protect your hands. Elbow to elbow. Pallet auctions every other day at 7 am. Closes 6pm sharp. No children or teenagers allowed which makes is a better shopping experience. My"

"People were rude and borderline violent. I saw multiple people steal items from peoples carts. I saw groups of resellers tossing the clothes they no longer wanted on the floor and then walking / stepping on the clothing. Multiple employees rammed new bins into me (I was not standing where I wasn’t supposed to) and one bin rolled over my foot. There is no law or order here. However, this is one of the last few thrift stores you can truly get a good deal. I found a lot of really fun and unique pieces for a total of under $50. If you are fine with people encroaching on your personal space and grabbing things from bins before they are supposed to, then you’ll be fine here. I visited the Goodwill Outlet in Panorama City before and the management did NOT tolerate people stealing things from other people’s carts or grabbing things from new bins before all the bins are brought out. Will I be coming back? Idk. The Panorama City outlet felt comparatively much less chaotic."

"Don't bother coming here on the weekend, you're going to be competing with 50+ people for every set of rotated bins. It's ridiculous when it comes to competition since this GW outlet is well known, it's not like other GW bins where it's only a few people per bin. Too many teen groups hunting for their baggy vtg shirts and jeans and resellers elbowing your sides. All the bins that are ignored are basically nearly worthless since they're scavenged clean, unless you know how to hunt for mids that people ignore or are interested in hipster clothes people don't want. And the rumors about the workers and manager sorting and taking all the good stuff before they bring out the bins is true because almost every bin that I sifted through (w/ the 50+ other people) barely get anything good these days. You basically have to be extremely lucky and know exactly what to find if you want to stand a chance of finding some good deals. Be there for the morning rotation or don't bother. Or maybe go to the retail store next door and avoid the crowds altogether."

Tyler D

"The logistics of this location need major improvement. I don't want to come down too harsh since this is a not-for-profit. But even such organizations need to have some sort of standard. A simple eBay pickup order turned into a misadventure. Instead of being able to swing by during open store hours to pick up an order, you are required to make an appointment. Per the pickup instructions, the pickup must be no earlier than two days after the payment date, within 10 days of the payment date, with no same-day pickup offered. That seems like a lot of restrictions, but okay. Got there about 20 minutes before my 10-minute time slot, which was the last available appointment of the day. The pickup area is on the far right side of the building. Door was locked with a doorbell outside. Rang the bell periodically with no luck. I see a sign on the inside for a number to call for online orders. Called multiple times but no one picked up. Finally gave up and walked over to the main retail store on the far left wing of the building to ask if someone could help with a pickup order. Staff told me pickups are on the other end, to which I responded that no one is answering the bell or picking up the phone, and I've been waiting there for a while. He said someone should be behind the walls and should hear the doorbell, so keep ringing and even try knocking on the door. Thought maybe I'm just too early, though my appointment time was only 10 minutes away at this point. So I continue to ring the bell intermittently, knock on the door, and call the number to no avail. The same staff member from earlier, looking like he's on break or off for the day, walks over and I tell him, still, no one is answering. He's not sure why and recommends to ask the security staff in the enclosed fence area to call someone to come to the front. I wait until a few minutes after my appointment time in case someone actually returns from break/lunch. No luck, so I go talk to security. One security guy tells me they're probably in a conference call but said he'll check for me. I thank him and walk back to the front door. After some time, the security guy emerges from the back, opens the door and tells me the staff handling pickups is gone for the day. Huh? I ask why I was allowed to select this appointment time. I politely tell him I've been waiting more than half an hour--can't someone simply grab my order? He sympathizes and gestures that he'll be right back. Finally, someone who appears to be in a managerial position comes to the front. He acknowledges my wait time, asks for my name, finds my order, requests the order code, and hands me my item. If someone in charge of online orders--or any other task for that matter--leaves early, there needs to be a protocol to hand off the role to another person--not just have the staff member gone for the day, and even though there are more customer appointments on the schedule, oh well, whatever happens happens. The solution can't be to let the customer walk around the premises and track someone down who can finally help. I purchased a piece of clothing at a great price, and I don't expect Goodwill to roll out the red carpet here. Just a basic process for me to retrieve my online order and be on my way. Shout out to the security guard who went out of his way to assist with a task that was nowhere in the scope of his responsibilities. Aside from him, please, please do better."

"A few weeks ago, on a Thursday evening, left this store feeling bullied, humiliated, and ganged up on by employees. It was the worst experience in that it has left me traumatized and still reliving it… Had been a customer of this store for years spending thousands of dollars and mostly for charity. Some of the other managers and employees working there on other days can testify to that. Please take the time to read the below horror story. A new checkout clerk, a young woman shown in the 1st picture, smiling to make fun of the situation, started to ring up the person behind me because his items were placed by her register. When I reminded her that it was my turn, she simply ignored me and rolled her eyes. When she started ringing my things, she looked up at me and said “what are you staring at?” agitated but not loud. I thought I had misheard and asked her to repeat, and again she said the same thing. That’s when I paused and asked her louder if she had a problem with me. The manager on duty, who was helping the other cashier for at least 30 minutes with a customer with 5 gigantic bags of clothes to exchange, and while already frustrated, without knowledge of the situation jumped in and told me to not talk to the cashier in that tone. I told her what had happened, and she had a stone cold look and did not care at all. Next thing I know, a very aggressive security woman comes over and tells me to “step outside” so she can match my energy implying she will get physical, very eager to show her power in front of everyone without a care about the incident itself. Then the customer exchanging her and her children’s entire closet, pulls out her camera to film it all as if it’s entertainment (see her pic with the camera) while the security guard asks her to film it and pass it along to her for TikTok and is laughing. That’s when I started taking the pictures and was irreparably upset, Unfortunately, did not catch a pic of the very aggressive and loud security guard. Her picture in an animated pose would be very telling… Have to date left several messages for the retail customer service POC, and a couple of messages for their head of security. Have not received a callback. Is Goodwill going down the drain? Where did this Goodwill branch find these unbelievably unprofessional, aggressive, and trigger happy employees that I had an encounter with? Especially, the guard whom I said I will file a complaint against but whose name was refused to be given to me. These employees seemed to hate their jobs and only wanted to escalate the situation to feel powerful. Nobody cared about the rudeness of the cashier to me. And they acted confident that there would be no consequences for them which makes me all the more determined to pursue this. The manager is the one flashing her badge for the camera in one of the pics attached. She had all the confidence being sure that it was 4 against 1, so I won’t be able to do anything. Whenever I have come across her in this store, she acts very cold and unhappy and seems to despise her job and the people in the store. What is she doing there? This group of employees can all gang up and lie if questioned, I will simply produce my receipts of huge amounts spent here to prove a history of a great mutual benefit with goodwill, and a great past relationship with the other employees, once I get a hold of someone at the headquarter. Just this particular bunch of people working on Thursday nights should be fired. They were the WORST! Bored and hateful, and have no business dealing with customers."

"This is my first experience with the blue bins. I found it extremely funny the way people line up and wait for the bins to come out and when the fourth bin comes out that basically is to go ahead to look in the bins get out what you want. I did not dig through the clothes bins because I was not there for that. But they did have four bins that had DVDs VHS and books which were all $1.25 each. Just before I left they brought a blue bin out with electronics in it such as earbuds Chargers cigarette lighter chargers for your USB and Etc. I found these very good value because they also were weighed by the pound. Earbuds were approximately 24 cents each, cigarette lighter Chargers that plug into a cigarette lighter with one or two USB slots and Accord where approximately 24 cents each. I bought a few electronics a bunch of DVDs and found it enlightening way to do things. To all the naysayers that think this is terrible you have your opinion. Personally I thought it was funny and affordable."

"(Not a goodwill retail store) Kinda dirty, bring gloves this place has used merchandise that is sold by the pound. You can find some good stuff if you dig."

Adrian Huerta

"Absolutely love this place I always leave with something great just DONT TOUCH the carts that are in the open their someone else’s cart. But you need to know what your doing to get good things from here I’ve gotten supreme, essentials, balenciaga from here you just have to get lucky it’s either a hit or Miss but you will leave with at least 1 thing they charge 3.19 per pound which is really cheap. Employees are really chill as long as you follow the rules if you don’t they will yell at you."

Brandon Capili

"If I was able to give it 0 stars I would but I can't bc it isn't available. The resellers stay here for HOURS and some even wait until it opens. There isn't any good stuff bc they took everything already and from what I've seen ppl say is that someone sorts stuff out before taking it out to everyone. It used to be fair for anyone who would walk in but now you have to fight resellers and workers for used clothes. I prefer going to thrifts with racks now because atleast it's fair for who goes through the clothes and is already sorted by color and gender. I used to go here a lot as a little kid to be able to afford clothes sometimes, and compared from that time to now, it is so horrible. If you go, I recommend bringing a friend, or multiple, so that you guys have a higher chance of finding more things since the resellers have a group of people that make it harder for you to find things since their way of making a living is selling clothes online since they don't have an actual job. Place used to be so chill now it's chaotic and crowded most of the time."

"Not my favorite bins location but it is the closest to me and any location beats a traditional retail location when you are buying in bulk. Yes, it is disorganized. Yes, it is messy and dirty. Yes, you have to dig to find the treasures. That is why it is so cheap. Show me any retail thrift store that beats $2.XX/lb for clothing. I actually work for a thrift store (different chain) and our cheapest adult clothing is $4.79 for sleeveless tops (even basic camis). And we are the best priced thrift store in town. If you are shopping for personal use, this is probably not the type of store for you. Unless you like the thrill of the hunt. The chances of finding what you are looking for are slim to none, so go to a regular thrift store or a big box store and pay more. If you are a reseller, the bins are a no brainer. Personally, I'm not sure why you would even go to the bins unless you are a reseller. As far as them not allowing kids... Why would you even take a kid to the bins? Especially a baby? It's dirty, messy and can be downright dangerous. You will need to be there for several hours if you hope to find anything. Plus they are usually not in the best part of town. How are you going to watch your kids while you are digging through the bins? That's just asking for problems. And before anyone asks, I have 5 kids. Never have I taken them to the bins. It is not a kid-friendly place, never has been, never will be. The bins are not for everyone. Clearly."

JOnas

"If you are looking to stock up on clothes and other items, you will find good stuff here. You can pay by weight and less price per pound before 11 am. Keep in mind this is not your typical GW, people here are serious about finding treasures they can resell or use themselves. If you grab it is yours, if you leave it is someone else's. So be nice and respectful, there are regulars that depend on this place so be friendly."

Sarah Says

"This Goodwill outlet store does not disappoint. If you have young children, this is not the place to bring them as other posters have mentioned and yes, the majority of the items in the store are fabric related, meaning, blankets, pillows, curtains, clothing, etc. my mother comes here to load up on blankets for the homeless. She’ll buy two cart carts full of warm blankets to pass out every week. Considering the blankets are under three dollars each, it is a great store for her purpose!! so far, all of the team members have been very nice and polite. Thank you!"

Vanessa Espinosa

"Always find something good just go with at least two hours to dig or you won't find much. There are different rules depending what location you go to as to when you're allowed to touch the new bins they bring out. Don't go after 5 pm, they don't put any new products out after that and they put away the hard goods and shoes till closing."

"I'm not going to lie, I have found a couple of treasures here. Was it worth it? Not if you're driving 2 hours to get there. This is not a bin style YouTube looking Goodwill outlet. Great if you live in the area. I have been to several bins and this place is not anything like any other bins. A big sign tells you how much everything is. Only clothes are weighed. Home decor are priced 1-$3 I think but if it is half a pound you're still paying $1-3. I think some items were even $5. As for bins?, no. Everything I wanted like home decor are in big cardboard boxes. If you can bend and touch your toes then you can dig to the bottom. Oh and those boxes are in the darkest area, no light, weird right? Now let's talk about the big shockers when you walk in. Excuse me, where is the outlet? This is it. This is it? Yes that's it. Gotta be 2000 square feet or less. No no It's probably closer to 1500. What really upset me most is rushing from Sam Fransisco to find out they are closing at 3pm. I'm sticking to my local Goodwill bins. 7 days a week and closes at 8pm. At least 20,000 square feet or more. Happy shopping"

"This is a goodwill outlet where all the rejected items from other goodwill stores end up mostly. They sell clothes by $2.xx /pound. All items with a sticker is NOT actual price, bring to counter and the sales clerk will discount even further. Found pairing knives were .25 each, sporting good items were $1, wii games $1, tons of great finds & deals. Most clothing will require digging as its in multiple mountain piles. Very unique and most awesome goodwill you'll ever go to."

"Many years ago and I mean many years ago this place was the place to go, the thrift store of all thrift stores you could beat the prices and the staff, well they went over and beyond not only where they helpful but no matter what you could guarantee they will work with you on the prices when your checking out I mean after all this is a thrift store unfortunately I can’t say that now for a thrift store, their prices are well it’s still a thrift store but I don’t think the staff knows that because when they eagerly spit out your total, you would’ve thought you were shopping at gap or express not the Goodwill outlet not only that but 3 times i’ve been accused of shop lifting because apparently changing your mind, before checking out and returning the item or items back where you found them is not allowed I didn’t know it was a crime to not purchase everything you were thinking about getting. Most people shopping at thrift stores are shopping there because they don’t have the means to shop at other more expensive stores. but then to be treated with such disrespect while shopping at a thrift store of all places and one like this is just lame."

ArmyNavyVeteran ArmyNavyVeteran

"Always a treasure hunt but so worth it. Proceeds from sales support employment and education. Item prices are not marked on many items but all items are priced at checkout. ( Most things are one to $10.) Don't haggle it is always worth the price asked. Clothes by the pound. Example of some of the items purchased. Wood Chipper works and looked new Retail $1100 Paid $100. Prada bag (real) Retail $1680 Paid $5. Pepsi vending machine Retail $4600 Paid $50 + New lock. Kirby Vacuums Retail (Could my get a firm retail price) but I got it for $10. Always worth stopping and shopping!"

"I enjoyed my time in this outlet. It was mine and my moms first time going to a goodwill outlet. I’d have to say it was fun. I was there from 2-4pm digging through bins, overall we left with a total of 50-55 things, we lost count. We paid $16 something for everything. We favorite finds from today are a cool horoscope tapestry, Tory Burch pants, gap jacket, banana republic pants/skirts, Express jeans, some 7 jeans, linen jacket/ shirts , some curtains, and a chaps wool suit set. Not everything fits people in my family, bummer. But it was worth paying for to take home. I’d be interested in going to an outlet that mainly has shoes, idk if goodwill has that. The security was kind, workers didn’t say much, they just looked well worked& the workers pushing the bins away were polite. I recall a lady that asked me if I already looked through the wall bins a couple times before pulling them away, I appreciated that. Mom and I took care of some Christmas shopping. I have some give aways for some friends. I am sure I will soon become a regular. I am usually at swap meet weekly looking for some nice clothing finds, goodwill outlet might be better. I think it would be advisable to get there right at 12:30 to get better pickings, I personal wouldn’t pay $1 per item in the mornings, I enjoy treasure hunting."

"My Mom and I love to come here. I started going to a "bin" store in Oklahoma city while living there for the last couple years and when I moved back home this summer i couldn't wait to take my Mom to the bins here in San Diego (San yisdro) and show her how much fun it is. I was sad when I found out that things are a bit different here like there is three bin stores in San Diego county and each handles different types of donations. So San Yisdro has clothing and linens only but we find so many good items for a good deal. You can do a auction buy earlier in the mornings for a pallet of clothing but I haven't done that yet or in between 10:30am and 1pm you can buy clothing and shoes by the pound. I am still learning this store but what I am understanding is 35lbs and under is $22. Then 35lbs and up to 60 is $35. Shoes are $2 a pound. I might be wrong so check with a employee first before buying. We went two weeks ago and found a abundance of stuff in great or new condition. This morning when we went it was mostly poor condition and most should probably just be trashed. So it is different every time you go which makes it fun. Every time I go I can find stuff though you just have to dig to the bottom of the bin. I also shop for my family and not just me but I usually can find one thing for everyone. Have 😊 fun"

Caramelo Drew

"They are super unprofessional The personnel in this goodwill is super rude. There is posters with the price all over the store and when I went to pay my items the cashier said the price was different. I spent over 3 hours looking for items and not once did they announce or post anywhere that their prices had changed. I used to always go to the goodwill outlet located in Escondido and they have never treated me poorly like they have here. The supposed “manager” don’t know his name but wears glasses doesn’t even know the price of the items he was trying to overcharge me a first time when the store first opened and one of the higher ups had to step in and give me the right prices. I don’t recommend this place, it is horrible and not because of what they sell but because of their employees."

Monica Laabs

"Overall the people were nice. It was my first time there and I got scolded about going into a bin that was not assigned to me but I apologized for not knowing the rules. Unfortunately later they said nothing to people that kept dipping into my bin before I left and moved a new one. They don’t charge by the pound but anything 1-35 pounds is about $25-29. Shoes are charged separately. And from opening- 10 am is first sale; items are sold by the piece and if you find a designer label they charge more. And you can’t stay until 11 am when they start charging more by the pound. So if you only get 20 pounds you will still be paying the set amount of $25-29 as it is 1-35 pounds for minimum purchase. So beware and prepare to get at least 35 pounds so that you get more bang for your buck. FYI: they do have public bathrooms."

"At the bins, you pay by the pound for clothes. Currently around $3.19/lb. Kinda high considering there are other bins who charge $1/item or less per pound. Parking is terrible, so be there first thing when they open!"

Mark Oster

"❗ ❗ This was a really great experience all around. Anyone who hasn't tried the big "pay by the pound" bins and the auctions is missing out on some really great deals. I had never done this before and a girl that was in the auction office came out to me and showed me exactly how to become a pro at doing this. There is a Filipina auction caller that is really accommodating -- In fact, I got better service from everyone at Goodwill better than if I had been to Nordstrom's! Certainly better customer service than the young ding-a-lings they hire at Forever 21. LOL! Little did I know I would drive out of there with a truckload of clothing and goods. I am blogging it all now. This place is a well-oiled machine!"

THE DUKE OF THE WORLD (THE HUMAN MECHANICS)

"Very good store for second handed items. Very cheap and no sale tax. Also, you can buy the used clothes by the pound or other items such as used electronic, furniture, and othe4 household stuffs. Handy men and creative artists are welcome here. You can buy the used stuffs for dirt cheap, and need a little bit of TLC, then you can resell them for a profit."

Shomara Lopez

"This place is huge. Take your time looking through the many isles you will find lots of treasures. Very clean and organized but prices are a bit higher from the Goodwills in Los Angeles. They also sale new merchandise food and Candy.I drove more than an hour to visit this good will and another close to it. And the prices were the same. Is must change in every county."

"I went for the very first time today. First their clothes per pound is at 3 dollars and some change. Pretty expensive compared to other locations that I have seen online. Their merchandise is subpar honestly not worth it, you are better off catching thrift store sales when they have 50% off, that’s probably the best route.Note: there is a large group of “friends” who go together (like a gang/mob mentality), at the Yolanda location. Mind you it’s my first time there, there are lots of shopping carts on the side. So as I am headed over to the register on my way I decide to do one last view of things, I was at a bin, then curious about the shopping carts, I literally touched, like palm ✋ , touched, not even grab with fingers, and this lady in yellow who is known there, yells at me, ok not an issue, I immediately untouched, like I immediately jolted and untouched, imagine placing your hand and boom she shouts, then she says aggressively something along the lines of did you take anything!? THAT’s the part. Ppl really need to get their values together, I responded no I didn’t grab anything, don’t worry I’m not trying to taking anything. I am by myself, alone, the whole gang in the middle stare me down. Just not a pleasant interaction, people really forget their manners because these material items means so much to them. She literally saw when I touched ever so lightly with my hand 🤚, and then she is so invested over protecting these material items is insinuating I have taken something, or that I would be walking off with something of hers. Mind you I’m holding a huge comforter, (for my own bed), and holding a Trader Joe’s bag, I didn’t even have the physical capacity to be grabbing something. I am not into that type of human interaction, if you go, go with someone or be someone who doesn’t care for ppl to get mobby, (think Black Friday), go for it, but at $3 something a pound, not worth it. Also I don’t recommend going to vintage stores who upsell things or buying from anyone who upsells online. Check out local garage/ yard sales! I will give a shout out because I think another girl saw what happened, then as I was standing there, the employees were busy because they were putting other bins out so I was standing there, (as I was being stared down,) another girl in sweats saw me and was like if you want, (mind you because I didn’t have the physical capacity to even grab anything), she says to me “if you want, this cart is mine, and you can place your items, (comforter that takes up my whole hand), on top of my stuff here. 🥹🥹🥹 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 so I guess at the end of the day you will find those ppl who are kind. But I still wouldn’t recommend going."

Eva Haley

"This is an OUTLET store, meaning that anything the Retail Goodwill stores don't carry will show up here. Everything is brought out in large trays and the customers have to wait till all the trays are set out before they can rummage through them. This happens several times a day, so the excitement is high. You may find trash or treasure, anything from clothes to jewelry, furniture to crafting supplies. Items are weighted and priced by weight except for the heavier items which are priced individually or by a formula that is posted. This is not children friendly, as they will have to stay in a cart, and it is very difficult to move the cart in and out of the trays. I find it difficult to spend a long time here when I use my cane, though I have seen some come in using wheel chairs, it doesn't seem easy. I recommend bringing a friend, they bring in two rows of trays at one time and it is best to cove them both at the same time. Good luck and have fun."

Marina Wagner

"I had fun dumpster diving with my son here. It’s like fishing... you never know what you’ll find. Just keep in mind everything In the bins are sold by weight so if you buy a brick of course you’ll be paying too much for it but a lightweight or small item you can get a screaming deal on it. It’s worth the experience to try it one time. Tip- Bring a bag to put your stuff in and wear gloves. Have fun."

L Jack

"This Goodwill is really more expensive than any other outlet in the entire country! People go to the Bins because they can’t afford the ridiculously expensive prices at regular Goodwills in this county. Plus it being mostly junk nowadays. With their way too high price of over $3.50 a pound you end up paying just as much as the regular stores if you buy anything of any weight like shoes, jeans or coats. I went once. Not going back because of Sonoma County’s Goodwill greediness."

"Edit (months later): I came back to visit. The place has a whole new system now. 1.There are rolling industrial clothing hampers now that you can use as carts-this is a good thing. But you can't save your items in the cart while you wait outside for the bins to be replinished. This is good bc it means new people get to use the carts every time. BUT, it's also frustrating. This system does NOT exist at other outlet stores. At other outlet stores, it's a VERY SIMPLE SYSTEM. Your cart is your cart until you check out. You don't have to go outside and wait for bins to turn over. You don't have to make multiple purchases throughout the day bc you're forced to pay after one round of bins is over. If they rotate the bins every hour or so from 7 am to 3pm, that means you're potentially making 7 purchases throughout the day! But like I said, the only good part about this system is it forces people to not hoard 5+ carts all day. So I get it. 2. No more bulk selling 3. A LOT, and by a lot i mean BINS FULL of goodwill items from ARIZONA (why?). It seems like theres a new deal going on between AZ and SF Marine stores. But all that shipping seems bad for the ENVIRONMENT. 4. There are now bric-a-brac being sold out of huge boxes. Dig at your own risk bc there could be broken glass etc 5. According to staff, bric-a-brac are sold by the pound. This makes no sense AT ALL. It means a cup would cost more than it does at a regular goodwill store. A blanket (previously $2) would be $8+. A heavy duty pillow $6+. Not to complain, but do you want to sell the items or not? I highly suggest maintaining the old system where heavy items like linen, blankets, shoes, pillows etc have one low set price. 6. There is no bathroom. That means elders, children, sick people, hot sauce eaters, ppl prone to accidents, ppl experiencing medical incontinence or menstruating women are OUT OF LUCK. 7. There is no seating. If you are disabled or elderly GOOD LUCK 9. One register is right near the exit, which is also the entrance. If theres an emergency-GOOD LUCK 10. They open at 7 am now for everyone 11. They have a huge sign that says the close at 5pm. That's not true yet, they close at 3. And I'll assume it is not true until their google business page updates. 12. Waited about an hour for new bins. 13. Still wondering if they have shoes anymore Original Post: When does this place open? Like actually. Because it's definitely NOT the hours posted online (11 AM). Every time I come here, they open at a different time. I came at 11 and they'd been open for what looked like awhile, I came at 10:40 a different day, and they were already open. I came at 10:30 and they were open. This is okay...but if they open early and you come a few minutes after-then you're screwed because you'll have to wait 2-3 hours for the next rotation. And then that's it, because there are only 2 bin rotations a day. So essentially you've waisted your time even coming at all. On top of that, this is one of the most odd goodwill outlets ever. They have NO BATHROOMS (a very SF phenomenon) so goodluck if you have to go 1 or 2, are on your period, or just need to wash your hands from touching something disgusting. The business hours are short (most goodwill outlets are open at least 8 hours). They have sorters for the goodwill stores in the same building so you'll often just get their scraps. They also have people who buy in bulk on the left side when you enter, so they're often crossing over to the bins for new rotations and never waiting in line (they're probably part of the reason the staff opens early). They have no wares (almost every other goodwill outlet you'll go to has more than just clothing). There are no carts (they all get taken by the bulk buyers). The positives are that everything is cheap. You'll will find some cool things sometimes...especially on days the other side of the warehouse isn't sorting for the store locations. The shoes are only $3. The linen/blankets are $1 -$2. And once in awhile they'll put out bags."

Hugh Johnson

"Went back for a 2nd time and learned more: The only way this works out is if you bring someone to sit in the line for you all day. The entry process is wait in line as they replenish the clothing bins inside, then they let a certain amount of people in (if you don’t make the cut, you wait another 40-60 min in line) eventually and hopefully you get in but I did see people turned away after waiting a long time. The reason to bring someone is so when you get in, once that round is over and everyone is kicked back out, you just jump back in line with your person (who is likely at the front). I see all these people with chairs camping out all day, then their group mates come back and just get in line. Likewise you might see someone in line and then when it’s close to next entry, friends come from everywhere and cut in line to join. Example: there were ~8 people in line when I got in line but then near entry time, +15 people joined their friends and family and now I did not get in because only so many people are allowed to enter each round. There’s about 3-4 rounds per day. Previous post: Arrived at 2:20pm just to be turned away because they were ‘done selling for the day’. Great… then change your online hours to reflect that. 3pm closed should mean THATS when you’re done selling, not 40 min before ‘close time’."

Gina Paradiso

"Not open as they advertise- open every other hour - you have to wait outside again for every rotation they do. Hardgoods are left in huge boxes for people to dig through instead of a tables - dangerous and uncivilized. Worst goodwill outlet!"

Drew Holweger

"Love "by the pound clothing" they are usually open 7am-3pm for bulk purchase,"btp"sales are normally 11am-3pm.you may have to wait a few min to get in,as your allowed in ,in shifts.one person to each avalible table.they have a timed buzzer/ringing sound that tells you "its time to move to the next table".there are usually around 12 (4'×8'aprox.)tables filled with clothes.you have to be able to dig a bit ,sometimes to find your treasures.check there website for hours as they may change? And also holiday schedules.have fun!"

"This is the most poorly run and inconsistent goodwill outlet I’ve been to. Machines will break and clothing rotations will stop for the whole day. The regular customers will pre-dig and the workers will get mad and stop rotations to “punish” the customers, which means even the people who follow the rules are punished as well. Ultimately, the blame should be placed on the workers/management because they can’t enforce and keep consistent rules. I’ve been to over 10 goodwill outlets and they’re able to keep rotations going while having consistent rules. Don’t go to this place unless you want workers to scowl at you and find any excuse possible to not rotate."

"I went to this place for a jean jacket so I can upcycle it. I found one but it was super hard to find one because a lot of things are not organized, it is a hot mess. Once I found the items that I was purchasing I waited in lane for my turn, there was a customer putting things on hold which shouldn't be allowed it's the good will for Pete's sake. Pick now pay now. Any who!!! So the lady we gone call her old bitter Betty. She puts these held items in a bag, now not purchased item held items, ok!!! I'll wait even tho we do not know if this guy will be coming back to purchase any of these items ok I'll wait, she proceeds to call for a price for a item of the held things. Oh, I forgot to tell you said man had left the store said he would come back later for said held items. I'm still waiting not saying anything so she finally finish doing the things for the unpresent customer that may or may not come back. So she starts ringing my items and then stops to write down the price for the held items. I had said to bitter Betty, you should be finishing my transaction first because I'm actually standing here in the store. She looks at me with this goofy look on her face and say WHAT?!! She said no I'm going to multi task. I advised her that is not a good ideal. We exchanged a few other words. Not a good experience. This is not a good location and the employees are kind of rude and weird. Not going there again"

Dana Sutton

"Great buys. cheap. Two stores, one regular and one with the long bins on wheels, sold by the pound. Do not leave valuables in your car. The manager Charles runs a great store. Valentino is always so friendly."

steven valmores

"This location has a outlet section where there's tubs of stuff to sort through. It's a treasure hunt. 😁. The stuff you selected to buy is determined by weight. So cheap. Go check it out. …"

"This is an update. I was not sure if this place was open or permanently closed. It is open. They moved everything outside so you have to enter through the gates on the side of the building. It looks like they are closed from the parking lot in front of the building. And there are no signs saying that they moved the entrance to the side of the building. I was disappointed to learn that everything is $1.50 an item after spending an hour digging and collecting my items. I did find one thing that made it worth my time. So it still is a great place. Hopefully they will go back to selling by the pound not by item."

Cecilia Gonzalez M

"Be prepared to fight! 😭 resellers will run and beat you to the good stuff if you don’t. The entrance was definitely hard to find, it was my first time going here and I didn’t know what to expect. Keep in mind they seem to rotate bins out every hour or so, and the bins aren’t too deep. As another reviewer mentioned, you pay by the pound and can pay cash or card, by simply going past the gate and into the small office where they weigh your items."

Kira Gold

"OMG!! I love shopping at this Goodwill Outlet. There is so many good stuff, but so many resellers as well... It's been really hard to dig for hidden gems when the weather is this hot. I'd suggest coming right at opening when the sun is still rising. The weekend hours are wrong. They open at 7:00 AM, not 10:00 AM. Perfect time to go when it's cooler and less people in the morning ."

Megan Schiffner

"As an avid lover of the bins, don’t waste your time. As of August 2022, they only have been sales outdoors, and it’s very limited. This place charges $1.50 per item, and they only sell clothes in the bins. If you want to buy books or electronics or anything else you have to buy it by the box and I’m not sure how much it is but it’s too much. I also had to wait in the very dirty and shady office for 15 minutes to pay for my items because for some reason they couldn’t open the cash register for my three items that I was purchasing."

"More expensive than I thought it'd be. There's 2 rates, one for 'soft items' like clothes and one for 'hard items' like blenders, cups, Vases. Etc. Once you hit 100lbs, you get charged one rate ($1.80/per lb) regardless of it is hard or soft items or a combination. If you go apparently each box is 'owned' by a person/group who asked for it. (So you have to ask for a box to sort trough) and there are blue bins you sort them into that other people cant look in if you are going through it. I'm not sure if you can ask for more than one box at a time. There are scales you place your cart onto. Since the price varies per hard/soft items you should have them separated into 2 separate carts. Nor returns, items are sold as is."

"Okay, I am a pro-thrifter so I love me a bargain & will literally spend too much time going through all the racks to get the most bang for my buck. With this being said, it's been a while since I've shopped at a Goodwill (Mad Monk is my go-to) but man, it's changed. First off, I thought that they would have the weekly color tag discount, but when walking in I overheard a staff member tell a customer that discounts are only available on Tuesday & Wednesdays --- doesn't really make sense since a majority of people work during the weekdays & I would imagine they get more foot-traffic during the weekends. That's definitely an advantage for the business and not the customers. Second, PRICING is not competitive with other thrift/second-hand stores. If anything, you might as well pay the extra to get it brand new since their pricing is epxensive. The women's tops were all the same price! $5.79 for any top --- short-sleeve, long-sleeve, tank tops, sweaters, cardigans. ONE PRICE. The dresses were two prices - $6.19 & $5.79 I like to go through the racks and find the deals, but knowing that everything was about 6 dollars. It took the fun out of thrifting & I walked out of the door without purchasing which is definitely a rarity for me. I went to the two Modesto locations thinking that the pricing would be different (wishful thinking) but just further solidifies why I won't be back at a Goodwill any time soon."

V Scott

"This an update in March 2024. The process has changed again. No more big cardboard bins assigned to a person with the potential to find valuable items. It appears that the new process which is the long blue bins are prefilled with the mediocre if not junk. I suspect anything of value is stripped for employee or friend or family or other resale, before the bin ever comes on the floor. At least for hard goods, I don’t purchase clothing. I never understand why clothing buyers are allowed to throw clothes all over the floor, or why people bring the infants toddlers and small running children. I'm off topic, I apologize. The blue bins have helped to reduce substantially, the items on the floor in near hard goods. That's an improvement. The blue bins have contents of very little to no value in them as if late. That's frankly suspicious.its been this way for at least 3 weeks. Unlike other GW outlet locations throughout Northern CA I've visited. I read each region runs their operations differently. This location seems to never have dedicated breakables bins or shelves, or shoe-footwear (for some reason i rarely see any shoes at all here, people in San Joaqin County don't donate shoes?), or books and media. Last a new behavior I've noticed which is good is as they roll blue bins to the floor, a staff will yell to the customers to nit touch or take from bin until they say it ok. This is good. The problem is people do it anyway and actually take things as soon as the 1 staff member turns their head. Or they hang out at the fence when the bin is in transit to the floor and the staff person pushing the bin LETS THEM DO IT. Not cool at all. Don't make the notice to not touch before the OK, then let people do it without admonishment or expulsion. Even when reported to staff, they shrug it off. I will continue to visit this location. Maybe spend less money. If the items continue to be of no value, I may skip it altogether."

Morgan

"I've been to other bins, and as reviews on this page state, it's supposed to be priced by the pound. The employee counted my items, and instead of charging by the pound, charged by number of ITEMS. He said that if I bought more (I had a full cart), it would be by the pound. I think he lied."

"The location was easy to find and there are plenty of free street parking. They have shopping carts and list out the prices on what the items cost. At the time I was there, it was $1 each clothing. Music is playing while you dig through the bins so it makes the time by fast. The only I did like was, everything is mixed up so there are no separations between, men, woman, kids etc you literally have to sort it throughout. I did found a few good clothes that I liked. Also the staff was nice and very helpful."

Jacquelyn Barbosa

"Hit or miss! I’ve found some treasures like designer shoes, silk scarves, niche designer clothing, but there are days where I leave with nothing, too. What keeps me from going more often is that they now require that everyone move to the perimeter to wait (no shopping) while tables are changed. It makes the experience take 4 times as long, since most of the time I’m not interested in running to the new bin anyway. i understand it’s because customers were not following directions, but I’d really rather continue searching the older bins while people wait for the new one. 😄 also, they sometimes charge you PER item in a set. It’s kind of ridiculous given that these things are on their way to a landfill. I wanted to buy a small bag of fabric appliqué odds and ends and they charged me per appliqué — something I would have never purchased for that price at a thrift store lol they done that to me for old dinner napkins before, too. So $12 for a set of 6 old napkins 💀"

Susana Baltazar

"Not a fan of the set prices because even the smallest clothes piece will be $2 vs when it is by the pound ."

Nicole Strickland

"2025 is the year when the greed ruined it for me. They jumped from $1 to $2 PER ITEM on Jan 1st. Huge jump, they could have done a quarter or two. Lots of things not worth that much. While the staff is friendly, they seem to have their hands tied on making the pricing make sense. Set of 4 plastic mixing bowls? No, that's 4 individual items, so it's $8 (likely cost less than that new). Dollar Tree item with $1.25 price on it? No, that's $2. Goodwill has been on a huge downward spiral for years now, but this blatant cash grab is enough for me to finally dump them."

"Only 4 stars due to lack of public restrooms. You gotta know how to hold it until you leave. We were there on a Wednesday morning just after 9AM. Plenty of parking, the place and bins are clean and the staff friendly. The bins are more organized than at other clearance centers in that you sometimes find "like" items bunched together. Prices are a bit higher than other places but the variety was good. Check out the rules board. Good to see that children are supposed to be supervised at all times."

Kalo

"EVERY bin store in the nation should model their store after this one. The management has created an impeccable store where energy is respectful and mindful, even for the customers.. the customers are taught to be respectful and mindful of the store and each other while shopping making such a pleasant and fun experience. Thank you for that. A true gem and fun store to always find treasures. There is order, cleanliness and structure here that the management has created that especially the San Fernando Road store needs to exhibit and learn from Spruce Street. There's even a sense of community here, getting to meet other like minded shoppers. They also refresh the bins perfectly. Sets up barricade. Gives disclaimer to be respectful and not to run. Everybody abides. And they refresh frequently. 100% worth spending a day here shopping, always finding gems the t-shirt bros leave behind"

Megan Mayernick

"Love it here, this location was my first experience with the goodwill bins and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The same customers seem to be there every time I’ve gone😆 it’s clean, the staff is so nice, they’re always sweeping, making sure nothing is on the ground. Everyone, including customers seem to be very considerate of each other. I’ve never had anything taken out of my cart, and if you find anything worthwhile people will comment and congrats you. I will continue to visit this location!! Definitely worth your time."

Baka Caca

"My first time going to the goodwill bins I didn’t feel welcome. I walked in and the staff were silent but when someone else walked in they were greeted. The goodwill website also says there’s restrooms but when I asked a worker she gave me a brief “we don’t have them” and just walked away, it’s kinda rude."

"Went for the first time today… let me just say this is by far the worst bins i been too. Although it is big, it has many clothing that are damaged and I ended up only grabbing one pair of jeans…. After 3 rotations and to top it off the cost per pound was $2.99! Which is by far the most expensive pricing I have seen. I love the going to goodwill bins but this is one I will never go back to."

ROCKY P

"Let me just say this , the website says it's 99 cents a pound , then you Arrive to find out it's 2.49 a pound ..that's a huge difference. I find it some places marketing strategies are dishonest ...well this is a perfect example ..you may find some good stuff .. but you need to be patient and dig ..really dig through trash yes trash .. the thing that really bothers me . The employees that make the tables would have the humility to not put trash on the tables ...but they simply don't care. The management in the sorting section of this goodwill, only the sorting section lack the leadership skills to guide the employees to do the right thing, yes people want a good deal ..that's why they go to goodwill. The employees in the front of the outlet . They have always treated everyone fairly .. Currently they do an amazing job ...they rotate tables through out the entire day to keep everyone happy ..Kudos to Tina and her Staff. I hope this helps .. Come by you just might find some treasures !!!"

"Pricing is insane 2 pairs of jeans and 2 shirts for $15??? This is second hand!!! Absolutely wild inside, so many annoying resellers who charge at the new bins so fast pushing and roughhousing, ruins the experience for everyone! Save your salinity and don’t come here, if you do wear gloves and a mask it’s gross."

Jay Declet

"This if my favorite goodwill outlet location! I come here every time I come home to visit from Los Angeles. Every experience I have here is a good one, but the last one I had was GREAT. Thanks to Tito! Tito’s customer service exceeds what I’d expect at an outlet location. Not only was he super helpful, he was a super cool dude and had a smile on his face the whole time."
