"always smiling and kind when i drop off donations .most of the time they open up my trunk for me since my trunk doesnt pop open . I wore a mask as i always do for my drop offs or anywhere i go actually bc of my son who was born with out hardly an immune system and this time of year its vital im always masked bc of flues covid and rsv risks never has anyone asked me ~'why are you wearing a mask are you sick '. its not her buisness why i am wearing a mask and i didnt care to explain that i have a child back home who was born with out an immune system that im always masked to preventing getting anything from others to him . I just sorta felt that was an assumption bc im masked i must be sick ......and i really wasnt in the mood when i was just trying to drop off my donations"
"Second worst experience, first time noting it. Last I checked, this was a donation drop off. You don’t get to rummage through the donations and pick and choose the goods you want. You don’t want it, or can’t sell it, sort through it after the drop off. The sign literally says “pop the truck, we’ll take care of the rest” and I can’t express how big of a lie that is. I had a Bunn coffee maker with brand new filters, a brand new juicer, a lamp shade and some wood boards in a tote. The bearded guy unloading me questioned what the boards were for and my reply was, “I don’t know they’re wood boards…..arts and crafts?” He then said he couldn’t take them and so my full truck load of donations will go to some other organization. Messages in store note if you have appliances working or not, donate them and this location wouldn’t take perfectly good wood boards?! Never again donating to such a thoughtless company. If you can’t take perfectly wood boards and make use of them, I don’t trust your judgment in selling my new donated products for a good cause."
"We dropped off toys that my sister said to donate, had remorse in the morning. We came the next morning right at open and Melissa was absolutely amazing and understand. She helped us recover almost all of the ones my sister wanted back. I'm thankful for Melissa. Went above and beyond."
"I would like to give a shout out to Centertons Goodwill! Everyone there is so friendly and because of the drive thru they come right and do all of the hard work! I would like to give a special " Thanks" to Jean, she is very sweet and had all the answers to my endless community questions, Thank you Jean and all!!"
