"This place claims they open at 9, yet they consistently show up later while customers are literally waiting outside. No updates, no communication, no courtesy. They didn’t even inform anyone that they were closed until the last minute, which is unacceptable. The service has gone downhill ever since Hummer left, and it shows. They need real structure, better communication, and accurate information posted for their hours. If they’re not going to open at 9, they need to update their hours to 9:30.
