"First time visiting the store. Spent an hour going through everything. I found around 8 things that I wanted to get. It was on their $2 day. I picked up a box of Led light bulbs that had clearly been opened. It was a 4 pack but it had a couple of other size bulbs in it as well. I got to the register to pay and the lady starts ripping all the packages and boxes open. She opened the bulb box and saw the 2 extra bulbs in it that were a smaller size than listed on the box...."

"New to BB, had to leave without the items I was interested in purchasing because a rude lazy worker decided to let us know that if our children are more than “3 feet away from you” or not constantly “in arms reach , you will be asked to leave and then banned for a year. Clearly there were several children and they were not constantly within “ 3 feet “ of their parent as children tend to do. I don’t appreciate wasting my time driving and looking through bins for all that time to be interrupted and “warned” and threatened..."

"I went yesterday afternoon. It was busy and there were two people doing check out. One of them, who was a guy, I've seen only once ( seems like a new employee idk) and I waited for about 10 minutes on the line.
